I could walk right out to the terrace. It was really nice. Room was nice with handmade ceiling tiles. The staff was great. Location is excellent. You just walk right out to everything. My son would stay out in the terrace for hours. Shower entrance was way small. Had to get in side ways into shower. My c cups had to be maneuvered in. Uncomfortable experience. Shower time was less than enjoyable. But I'm sure you can request a room with a normal shower entrance.

The location near El Mercado 20 de Noviembre was ideal, especially with on-site parking. We were able to walk to dinner, around the zocalo, and were close to pedestrian pathways, which made walking much safer and more enjoyable. Check-in and -out was a breeze. The beds are comfortable and mobil, so you can pull to queens together to make a big bed. Water was comfortably warm. The terrace is beautiful, and we wish we would have spent more time up there. There is limited shower ventilation, so mosquitos were a small problem. Plus, the bathroom was very small. Anyone taller than 6' might find it extremely uncomfortable to sit on the toilet with the towel rack above and the wall only several feet from the toilet. There is a club nearby, so you can hear the bass of the DJ's music until 3 am. We had a sound machine going, and could still hear it. The pillows may be too big for some people's preferences.

The property was maintained spotless every day which I loved. The location was also perfect.

The bathroom was a bit tight. Lighting was adequate but a bit dim. Overall not a big issue and very good for Mexico.

The bathroom was very small and the hot water took forever to come through. Also, they should replace the shower head and tap in the sink.

The location can’t be beat! Walking distance to main attractions. Free parking too! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The AC, wifi, and TV worked well. The rooms are very basic. If all you need is a bed and a shower, then this is the place for you.
