The bed was too hard . My hips were sore in morning

I appreciated that the property was right around the corner from the Zocalo (central) plaza and most importantly that the main entrance doors were always locked and could only be accessed by the guests from the hotel. Thus provided me with a sense of safety that is highly important when visiting a new city. Nothing everything was amazing!

- near the city square. There aren’t many amenities (no breakfast, pool, laundry, etc). The mattress is hard.

Location is perfect; staff super friendly

Location. Quiet. Limited and unpredictable kitchen but many places to eat nearby.

Great location

Kind of expensive for a small room.

What a wonderful place! It was right in the middle of everything. The hotel is beautiful. It can be very hot outside but it is so pleasant inside. It is VERY quiet - as soon as the door on the street is closed, all the noise is gone. Our A/C stopped working two nights before the end of our stay, but the staff just gave us a new room (two doors down) and we quickly moved into the new room. The staff spoke very little English, but we did communicate getting a 3:30am cab on our departure date. We never quite understood when the restaurant was open. We had an early excursion and asked if we could get early coffee - the next morning, there was someone at the restaurant with coffee! Our AC broke and we had to change rooms. I didn't even notice it during the night. It wasn't until I stepped out and came back in when I could tell it was humid and warm in the room. The 2' thick walls really keep the place cool

Well-located with a pleasant staff The restaurant was marginal in their offerings. Fortunately, the best bakery in town was a block away-Bolenc

Perfect location for exploring Oaxaca on foot. Very comfortable room with good wi-fi, AC, super clean, and great bed. Complimentary water bottles every day and daily cleanings.
-
Perfect location - walkable to all parts of the city. Very, very quiet so no trouble sleeping The rooms are around a beautiful indoor courtyard so you do not get any natural sunlight without opening your door. Not a big deal but it may bother some people.

Perfect location in the central city of Oaxaca de Juárez. The staff were kind and very helpful. The cafe makes a great breakfast. The hotel was lovely and very very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. We would book there again. Only challenge was we needed and extra towel for the floor - due to some water running from the shower. No big deal at all.

We really enjoy our stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful, they keep rooms very clean. We have a rental car, and we have to park the car every night at the parking lot at or after 8:00pm and pick up the car each morning by 8:00am, I recommend visitors that you do not rent a car since you will not need it since you have everything there with walking distance.

It’s a couple of blocks away from zocalo. Great location Not much privacy

The location was very clean and close to el centro . The restaurant at the hotel was nice and clean . The food was delicious!

The location was ideal for seeing the city. And, the colonial era construction was unexpectedly beautiful. The open air courtyards were awesome. No complaints at all.
-
Just the location , nothing else. The pictures are a facade; the room has the minimum, the bed is too hard, they could get better pillows and the worst the shower/bathroom very outdated the faucets opposite side the shower spread the whole bathroom, humidity. I took pictures to prove it. The only worth in the room is the housekeeper service but that's all. Most people at the reception don't speak another language.

Friendly staff and clean facility, Mattress was the next worst thing to sleeping on a brick. I wish breakfast was included and the quality of the food we purchased was better. The coffee we purchased in the morning wasn't the best. Communication with the hotel was poor prior to arrival. We sent messages via Booking.com and received no answer.
