This hotel has a unique communnity vibe that comes from its non-profit mission. The breakfast service was very carefully prepared. The staff was professional and friendly. I enjoyed getting to know other guests. The location was close to the center and felt very safe. The room I selected was small but comfortable, though other rooms are large. I encourage guests to learn about the mission of Hotel con Corazón.

The staff was very helpful, the food was amazing!! We really loved our little room and the extra bonus of having a outside hang area next to it. The whole environment was lovely and the most special of all is the fact that they work with local youth. Win win! Unfortunately I am a pretty light sleeper and even sleeping with earplugs the morning traffic was pretty loud. That being said our friends stayed in a room on the ground floor and did not have that experience, so just depends on the location of your room.

Lovely staff and the good will behind this hotel whose profits are used to support economically challenged people to study and create are is quite amazing. Delicious nicely presented breakfasts.

Clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice decorations , felt really safe. Food was delicious. Excellent communication through whatsapp Bed was kind of hard, I didn't ha e a problem.but my gf couldn't sleep much on the hard bed.

This was a lovely boutique hotel. The staff could not have been nicer. The free breakfast was amazing with yoghurt, fruit, juice, tea, coffee and a different cooked breakfast every day. There was a fridge with beer and wine that we had access to at all times, and just wrote down what we took. Fresh water was available on every floor. Our twin beds were a bit too hard. But a friend in another room said her bed was lovely.

I liked the mission, the staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and the ambience very relaxing and welcoming!

Unique architecture. Blackout. Breakfast looked like chef prepared. Dogs barking. Avocado toast not good. A bit too far on edge of centro.

We stayed in the King Room with private patio. Room was a good size and the private patio was a welcome retreat after a day exploring the city There was a fair amount of noise from the street at night.

The Hotel was lovely. We stayed the whole week and had a great time. It's located very very close to the city center but slightly on the outside of it which allows for less noise at night. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and different every morning while incorporating delicious ingredients from the Oaxaca region. Overall, great experience. Our room was spacious and very comfortable as well.

Very pricy for what it is

This hotel is a gem! The staff was super nice, everything was super clean, the bed and mattress are very comfy, all materials are of great quality, and on top, you get a fantastic breakfast. The design is amazing as well - fitting everything necessary in a small space. In addition to their humanitarian mission, this boutique hotel is one of the best I ever stayed in and I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was great, and the cleaning service too! The room was super nice and we actually got upgraded to a nicer room for free. We also got to see some of the kids the profits are going to too, which was great :) We only got about 5 minutes of hot water every night before it got cold.

Breakfast was served like a good restaurant with interesting food and fruit.

Great location a short walk to town. Very safe with a police station next door. Enough restaurants in the area but most high quality restaurants are in town. Rooms are small but functional. Bed was extra firm but pillows were flimsy. Some guests ( including us) had hot water issues but they responded with a spare room we could shower in until the hot water heater was fixed. Breakfast was fantastic. Service was friendly and warm. Overall a solid choice especially if this is your first visit to Oaxaca.

Very good vibes, the staff were celebrating one of their birthdays over lunch when I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and super clean. Breakfast was delicious each morning. The bed was firm, which I like. Just a short 10-25 walk to the center, markets, shops and restaurants. I recommend Taniperla a few mins walk. Also really appreciate reinvestment in the local community.

We loved the the hotel as a whole, the rooms were really nicely designed with a thoughtful antidote on one of the students who did the art in the room and attended the program. The breakfast was lovely. The girl checking us in was either having a bad evening or just didn’t like her job. Wasn’t very welcoming and made us feel awkward.
