The staff made sure our needs were met at all times. The place was spotless and we felt very comfortable.

It can be quite noisey

It had a nice, homely atmosphere. It was 10 minutes walking distance from the Zocalo. Around the area, there was a Lil Caesars, a Chinese food place, and a couple a markets to buy food supplies. Oh, and the 3rd floor balcony was large with seating to just enjoy the grand city view. The staff was really nice and accommodating to our stay.

Very quiet as well. Had AC and blackout shades. The person at the front desk was very helpful in trying to get a taxi for us to the airport when the city was a mess due to manifestations. The bathroom didn’t have a door and it was uncomfortable because I was traveling with a friend. Would have loved to have the drinking water replenished daily. Location is alright but it does feel a bit far from the center compared to other accommodations. Nothing terrible just be aware that you’ll need to walk a bit more.

We had such a lovely stay at Casa Rosa Mexicano! Even though we don’t speak a word of Spanish and the staff don’t speak English, they were so friendly and considerate and we got along just fine with google translate. It’s located close to the Centro Historico and we felt safe walking home at night. The terrace is great for a morning coffee or sunset beer. Our apartment was clean with reliable power, internet and hot water. Such a great place to stay to support local business. Note that it is called ‘Hotel Rosa Mexicano’ on Google if you are trying to look up more reviews! We got upgraded to an apartment because of ongoing renovations but we also got to see the 1 bed rooms - everything is true to the photos.
