Hotel Posada San Rafael

Location is great, very close to the ADO bus station and the city center. The room is cozy and well decorated, same for the common areas. Appreciated the free water and dove products in the bathroom. Shower drainage could be improved.

Cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel, mais nos voisins anglophones de la chambre d'en face nous ont bien fait savoir tôt le matin qu'ils étaient réveillés (en ouvrant délibérément leur chambre et leur bouche).

The hotel was super convenient in the heart of Jalatlaco. Staff was friendly and helpful and room was spacious and clean. I would return. WiFI not very fast, but sufficient.

They were very tight on how many towels they give you . It was a big deal to get an extra t owel.the blanket in the closet was moldy smelling. When you take a shower do it at night as in the morning there is no hot water . Great places in area for coffee and b pastries. The staff is great

No blowdryer, AC or fridge. Room just has the bare minimum. Cleanliness leaves to be desired.

We had a tiny room, with one very small window. The room was quite warm in March. Could not sleep well. The curtain doesn’t block a lot of light.

Nice little hotel just 5 min walk from the ADO Bus station - we chose this exactly for this reason - to be close to the station for an early bus the following morning. The people at the hotel are very nice and helpful, the price is a great value. The room itself (1 room w/ 2 beds) is very spacious with a table and chairs, another table and a stool, wardrobe, and night tables. The bathroom looked recently renovated, and had Dove brand shampoo, body wash, and even skin lotion. Beds are the right kind of firm (not too soft, not too firm). The inside courtyard is a lovely space fill of plants and colorful banners, and we appreciated drinking water refill station, as well as a refrigerator to hold some of our perishable things. The streets it's close to are busy with traffic in the morning, which didn't bother us as we had to get up early for the bus. Also right on the border of Centro and Jalatlaco, with many restaurants, bars, and bakeries just steps away. The provided towels were a bit old.

Everything! The staff, the location, the room and the price. Not a thing.

I liked the location. It is quiet at night, the room was simple but modernized. The bathroom was nicely tiled and clean. A common area that invites guests to meet one another. Somehow it didn't happen.
