Upgrading to a bigger room was easy, could have used another blanket.

The restaurant, food delicious
-
The adjoining restaurant, which is independent of the hotel itself, has excellent, reasonably priced breakfasts. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
-
Room was small but I guess I got what I paid for.

Great location, close to the park and the bus terminal, lots of bakeries and coffee shops around. The staff are friendly and always available, even through Whatsapp. We were very comfortable here. We even could leave our big backpacks for a few days while we went on a hike. Your experience will vary on which rooms you get. In the beginning we were in the room facing the restaurant which got a bit loud as the walls are very thin. The next time we stayed, we got another room, which was a lot nicer to stay in, facing the inner courtyard.

Centrally located, staff was nice and helpful, private bedroom & bathroom. The noise from other rooms and from an adjacent common area.

Close to the markets, good location. The staff were very nice and spoke good English which was helpful Bed wasn’t very comfortable, the room was dark and there was no fresh air because we had a hallway room that only had one window… into the hallway. The walls are paper thin, my husband and I stayed 3 nights and slept a total of 1 hour each night because of the loud people in the surrounding rooms, also the hallway light doesn’t go off until 12am It might seem picky but when you’re travelling for a month or longer good sleep is important. The bathroom was cleanish but there was a bit of black mould on the walls.

I liked that it was centrally located to everything. It was great that they had a tour company that they worked with so I did not have to leave to find one. The staff is very attentive and will accommodate with any questions or concerns that one might have.

Staff were extremely helpful. I very much appreciated them helping me with the difficulties I was having. So convenient for location, room was great, shower was great, wifi was strong in room. Restaurant next door had delicious breakfast with great coffee.

Bed very small for 2 people.

Clean and quite comfortable room. Nice staff. Good location, close to the center but to the bus station too. Walls are very thin. Can hear everyting from the next door rooms.

next to a park. Additionally, I initially thought that someone had stolen money from my bag at this hotel, but it was the hotel I was previously staying in. The hotel went above and beyond to justify their innocence by calling me and showing me the footage. For that I'm very grateful. The wifi was very patchy and the hall is very loud.
