Beautiful well designed space. Comfortable and clean
-
It is beautifully designed, and incredibly detailed! The rooms are really nice and cozy with the Mexican cool touch. Everything works perfectly, and the staff couldn’t be nicer!!! Great location! Nothing !

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice as well. Guys at the front desk are kind and attentive. I don’t think they have enough noise cancellation, you can hear the noise from the main street outside and from the other rooms and hallways. The rooms aren’t big enough for the amount of money they charge. On our first night, the restaurant was messy and dirty for breakfast. Quite honestly, for how they advertise this place and how much it costs, I don’t think it’s value for money.

The rooms were beautiful and modern, and the terraza was perfect all times of the day. The staff were more than helpful and friendly- they were all amazing!!! Design and cleanliness and quality

Beautiful rooftop. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Bedroom chic and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious, the terrace beautiful, and the main areas of the hotel well appointed. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. The hotel was a nice blend of modern with antique rugs and global decor. The hotel is on a very busy street. Our room was very small and the patio was very small and awkward. We had a lot of luggage so we felt extra cramped in the room. We felt the room decor was worn out looking and didn't match the rest of the hotel which was much nicer. Our room was also very loud. If I stayed here again, I would book a much nicer room and ask for a quiet location. The standard room at the front of the hotel did not meet our expectations.

Really comfortable beds and rooms, lovely rooftop area, nice staff, perfect location It was quite loud at night, the breakfast was average, the fire pit in the photos was never turned on, a little chaotic when it came to service

The staff It was very noisy l, I couldn’t sleep. On top of everything they did not offer basic services such as frigo bar or laundry

The hotel was very modern and beautifully designed. Very comfortable beds and rooms, lovely rooftop lounge for breakfast or drinks at the bar. Good staff, always friendly and happy to help. There was a large fair / festival happening at Llano park and the noise was extreme the first 2 nights so we couldn't sleep. Thanks to the men at the desk (and some vacancies!) we were able to move to an upstairs room on the other side which helped a lot, but there is still some street noise with the rooms close to a busy road. For light sleepers strongly recommend ear plugs and being careful with room choice.

The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and accommodated any request. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is very clean. It is in a good location between the centro and Jalatlaco neithborhoods. Many restaurants and wall murals. It is quite cold, meaning there is no art work, the rooms look out on blank cement walls. Other than the bed, there was no where to sit in the room. There was one small desk chair. It is truly minimalist. It had an upstairs terrace which was very nice with plants, etc. but the seating was anything but comfortable. They tried with the breakfast but we ended up eating out after one day.

Very comfortable bed and amenities. Great location. Inconsistent hot water in the shower. One second it’s scalding the next second it’s freezing.
