Posada Regional

There was an issue with privacy in the bathroom. A window looked out on steps going upstairs. Not all of it was covered, I had to adjust the slats. The check in was a little confusing.

the room was big and comfortable. it had a balcony facing a small street so it was quite. internet was fast and reliable. location was hoid. around 15 minutes from the zicalo. there was drinking water in the reception and also hot water to prepare tea. staff were friendly and helpful. we got a simple breakfast for free

I gave 9 for the room with a balcony on the second floor but after 2 night there I had to move to another room because i did 2 separate reservations. the new room was on the ground floor ( opposite the reception) and had very little natural light and privacy. it also didn't have air condition. I am sure that when I made the reservation it was impossible to understand that the room was facing a small inner court because I never stay on ground floor and in a room that is facing an inner court. my advice is that you make sure you get a room with a balcony on the upper floor!! read what I wrote about the good things because it is important what kind of room you get!

Lovely location, close to parks and central , cute hotel , lovely people comfortable, tea or coffee at any time Wifi could of been a bit better

Location was great, bed super comfortable, felt secure and staff was super accommodating and helpful. Bathroom was a bit small, but not horribly bad.

It was a great experience staying at Posada Regional Hotel. Well maintained and clean. Common areas and rooms were very clean. Clean sheets, clean comforter and clean shower. Hot water in the shower with decent water pressure. Everything was perfect. From the moment I checked in, I knew this was going to be a good experience. I was not disappointed. I like a firm bed. Better for my back. Others may think the bed is too hard. Great for me.

VERY helpful staff. Thank you Hector! Nice shaded rooftop terrace to sit. It’s quite loud… some of the rooms face a cobblestone street so any vehicle passing makes a lot of noise. Also there are no screens on the window.

We stayed one night, and the place was super nice and met all our needs!

It was overall good. The host was helpful to change our room to a more suitable one, which was appreciated. The terrace upstairs is nice in the evenings. The place is nice as long as you don't ask for anything extra. The host offered to cook us a dinner (local food) which was tasty however it partially missed to include all what we asked for and was too expensive for what was offered. The dinner value compared to price was a a rip off in my eyes.

The service and attention was exceptional.

All the staff were extremely helpful with airport pickup, finding tours last minute and even helping me get a mexican sim card!!! Fernanda and Elsa were amazing! It’s a basic hotel, so hot water took a while to start and was a little noisy
