Almost everything! 1 hot beverage in the am is just not adequate. I wish there was a self serve coffee station for guests in the am.

A small sofa or a couple of comfortable chairs in the room would be a welcome addition.

Room - Pillows were not great, kinda on the firm side. Our room was always stuffy upon return from the day, although once we opened the door and turned on the bathroom fan, it was comfortable. Pool - was very cold and the seat cushions weren't the cleanest. There was very limited sun in late January so only one or two guests could sit in the sun in the afternoon by the pool.

Only thing I’d say is the shower pressure and temperature changed quite a lot in one shower session
-
Quiet, comfortable and very clean and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

Beautiful property and hotel. Wonderful location for those interested in Jalatlaco or staying just slightly out of the center. Incredibly kind and helpful staff! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
-
shower pressure was low and took a while to get hot water
-
Clean, great location, nice amenities, bathrooms, great sheets and pillows.. The room had a window that was to the inside of the lobby which made it feel alittle less private, but not a big deal.

Love the plants everywhere. There were even fresh flowers in the room!

We loved the neighborhood, Jalatlaco, it was very walkable to everything we needed. The property was very cute and clean with all the plants. The staff was so sweet and attentive. NA - everything was great.

The setting was very beautiful N/c

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms. Shower was not as expected, also considering the high temperatures, hard to keep a constant pressure, temperature.

The charming heritage boutique hotel was nestled in a quiet, artsy location in Jalatlaco, just a few blocks away from the bustling central Santo Domingo. The knowledgeable front desk staff recommended great restaurants and even booked a taxi for us to the airport. And the bartender crafted delicious mezcal cocktails (mezcalitas) to complete our stay. The pool sise was more for a quick dip to cool off, and the water was freezing cold. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, but the wifi was spotty.

The staff was great, the rooms and property are nice! The shower didn’t have continuous hot water.

Room we had opened to the interior courtyard, so not much light and we had to leave the curtain closed for privacy, making it quite dark. As well, the windows and walls are quite thin, so not for light sleepers, but also not absurdly loud.

Breakfast was great, super location on the outskirts of the centre, and away from the noise at night. No tea or coffee making facilities. The jacuzzi spa was directly above us and the noise woke us up in the mornings. The pool is too small for swimming.

Exceptional

The hotel is gorgeous with the upstairs pool and dining area being the crown jewel of the hotel. The food and coffee were quite nice, and the staff was very friendly. Gorgeous plants and flowers fill the nicely shaded area. Plunge pool was great on a hot day, plenty of space around the pool for lounging/laying out whilst sipping a margarita. And because the hotel is so small you generally feel like you have the place to yourself. Would highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back.

Room was very dark. Would have preferred to have a window

The staff were amazingly nice and attentive and the property was beautiful (great rooftop café/restaurant and very peaceful. Our room though was windowless and quite musty (I think it was number 4 on ground floor). It was very clean but as it got no air there was a damp smell. Bed was average comfort and the air-con would oscillate between extremely loud and quiet which didn’t help sleeping.
