The location The rooms were small and all in the 2nd floor. The staff was rude and there were no elevators to help get luggage to rooms. The room did not have a refrigerator.

We booked two rooms, and only one shower worked. The water was muddy; no, I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. The service needs to improve.

Everything was great. Staff. Clean little room. Location good. Busy area so no problem going out in the evening ! Nothing really. I used the escalara de Fortin !! Perhaps I might choose a place closer. But most likely not. All was good

Close to all the attractions, food, churches, you dont have to walk far to get what you need. Would be nice to have elevator to bring up and down luggages.

The location is great in the centro. The room is nice and comfortable. The television did not work

The location is quite good, right in the area of the two markets Too loud and hot, no option to change to a quieter room

Location, Location, Location! Couldn't have been in a better spot to walk to all of the nearby sites. Right next door to the Mercado 20 de Noviembre and close walking distance to Socalo and Santo Domingo Church. Hardly any outlets in the room - definitely recommend bringing an extension cord and extra battery.

The staff was very friendly the room was clean whatever I needed I asked him and I got it. The room that I had the water in the bathroom was very poor very little came out from shower or sink

The hotel is in downtown. There was only one outlet. You have to choose between plugging in the microwave or the tv cable. There is no AC. The bathroom is really small with no vent.

I enjoyed that it was clean and that its walking distance to many places. I didn't like that the rooms have no air conditioner and it was hot! it's in a busy street and there's lots of noise, It was hard to find because if doesn't look nothing like the pictures the entrance was a small door which doesn't look like a hotel.

When we arrived in te evening they didn’t know about our reservation, after 10 minutes they arranged a room for us. The room was quite small and really noisy
