Food was mostly delicious but not a great variety

Единственото "лошо" беше, че някой майстор като е правил банята е направил наклона към вратата и не се изтичаше добре водата. Но това не беше болка за умиране.

Close to beach No elevator

The hotel, the beach, the view, the food, the pool, the staff No elevators ?

Clean, pool right by the sea We would have loved a greater variety of food (vegetables and fruits)

Location and the size of the hotel.

I liked the proximity to the sea. It is the best there is. I like the room alignment. Either you look directly to the sea, or.directly opposite, and wont happen -like at other bigger hotels- that you book a seaview room and have to squint your eyes or break your neck to be able to see the sea from your balcony, so this is great. I liked the size of the hotel being only moderately small, not those 1000+ ppl hotels. I have been twice already, and the quality dropped from last year, while the prices went up. The food wasnt that diverse, or delicious, and this year we got a room where the air conditioning just couldnt cool the room, which basically made the whole trip really uncomfortable - even told the staff about this problem and use their recommended settings for it. The beds were too soft for my liking, its like they have been used too much - mattress change recommended.

The hotels was located on the beach, the staff was very helpful and friendly, specially the entertainment team, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable The hotel didn’t have private beach. You had to pay extra for sun-beds and umbrella. The food was diverse, but not very good quality.Extra pay for parking

The rooms were nice, large and comfortable. The stuff is very helpful The water in the shower changes randomly from hot to cold and back. Two of our rooms were on first floor, faced to the street, and it was not so comfortable to open the balcony

Perfect location, polite stuff. Plenty of food, but with low quality. There was a kitchen smell in our room every morning, even though we were on the highest floor.

The position, because it is right on the beach and close to the tourist walking area. The staff was very hardworking and friendly. The fact that the housekeepers cleaned the room every day. The food and the drinks were pretty bad. The food lack diversity, there were few meals that had a good course, it was very repetitive, most of the desserts were pretty bad, the fruits, vegetables and most of the food courses were tasteless. All of the drinks were excesivelly sweet and had a lot of added water (the sodas). The coffee was awfull, don’t think I ever stayed in a hotel with such bad coffee. The room furniture was very outdated, the beds were shaky and unconfortable, the AC didn’t work in our room. The balcony is very very small and narrow (at least in our room it was, maybe because it was a standard room). The bathroom was also very small and the shower didn’t had a curtain - it was almost impossible to take a shower without floading the whole bathroom. They didn’t have parking spots when we checked in (if they had it would have cost 15 leva/day) we had to park in a municipality parking located at about 500 metres from hotel (12 leva/day). I really don’t understand what kind of all inclusive hotel is this if you have to pay for absolutely everything (parking, sunbeds on the beach, pool table) except for food and boarding. At least promote it as an all inclusive light or other marketing gimmick like this. It’s the 8/9 time I went in Bulgaria at all-inclusive hotels, but I think this is the worst experience I ever had. For 1350 euro/ 7 nights/ 2 people I hoped for at least decent standards, I’m really struggling to understand how this property has an average rating of 9 on booking.
