Casablanca Hotel - All Inclusive

Останахме много доволни от престоя си в хотел Казабланка. Местоположението е чудесно, близо до морето и удобно за разходки. Стаите са просторни, свежи и добре поддържани, а храната е вкусна и разнообразна. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив, а атмосферата е приятна и спокойна. Подходящо място за пълноценна почивка на морето. С удоволствие бихме го посетили отново!

Almost everything was perfect: the room was clean, the staff was kind and prompt, the food was great, the pool and the beach had sunbeds free of charge. There was a very annoying noise coming from the air conditioning system during the day and night. Also, the lack of towels for the sun beds is a minus.

Price was pretty cheap Food variety very low Rooms were rather old. Cleaning was daily but just changing towels and taking garbage - no vacuum cleaning, no dust cleaning Shower and sink machineries old and rusted

Hello...the hotel clean , the staff very friendly, the beach facilities ok, the food was fresh and tasty, in general more than ok !!! The small village was clean and very nice ! Realy nice to walk around each evening !

The Front Office Agent Iskren (not sure if the name is right) was very kind during check in and check out. SwimmingPool was very clean. The Lady in the kitchen that cooked stew was amazing. First day we arrived the room was not clean. We found hair on the floor in WC. Spiders in the room.There was still alot of dust left. The AC in the room had alot of spider web and also in the living room. We had stove with no pans or any plates at all. I undertand that it's all inkl. and they serve food but why do we have stove in the room ? On the third day we left for the beach and wanted our room to be cleaned. They cleaned a little bit and also left the trashbag in the room. After we came back for lunch i went to reception and told them that our room was not cleaned and that Housekeeping left the trashbag in the room. The Guest WC on the ground floor was not very clean Nobody said from the Staff: Good Morning,Good day, Good evening. Service staff was very lazy and spend most of the time talking to each other. Almost 90% of the staff didnt speak any english or bulgarian. I think they spoke little bit of Russian but that's it. They dont have any proper training. Sometimes we could not find tables to sit because the staff was busy chatting and not cleaning tables. We were on the sixth floor Wi-Fi connection was very bad. First day of dinner i had cold and dry chicken. Breakfast was ok but nothing changed. Everyday was the same. Lunch and dinner was actually good. There was also Afternoon snacks that was same thing every single day 2 diffrent slices of pizza some fries and Kebabcheta. We had "Bulgarian night" where they cooked only BG dishes. Asked the staff for Lutenitsa/Ajvar they said we dont serve it. There was a guy with glasses and Green T-shirt in the restaurant i think he was like the Restaurant Manager or something he never said Good morning or Good Evening no matter what day it was. Sometimes there was a lifeguard at the Pool but almost nobody noticed him because he was just sittting there and didnt watch nobody. I think he had also a problem with his leg so i dont think he would do good job saving somebody.

The pool is very ok. Free sunbeds. Friendly staff. I don't understand why it is rated so well. It doesn't even deserve three stars. The parking is on an undeveloped plot. Wi-fi is very bad. The food is not diversified. Almost every day the same dishes put in different forms. I also found moldy bread. Drinks and juices are diluted. The cakes have no taste. The whole hotel smells very bad of sewage. Water was flowing into the room from the air conditioner. Very dirty filters. The carpets are very dirty. Elevator without all working lights and dirty. On the seventh floor there are birds chirping from the ceiling. (nests) The doors are broken and glued, scratched, dirty. Some doorknobs come out of their sockets.The stove in the room is rusty and full of grease. Lack of recreational activities team. Hotel located far from the beach.

The main chef is different. It was entirely different before 3-4 years ago. I didn't like the kitchen with my wife. The menu was not imaginative. Every day, almost the same products were served. There was a lack of creativity!

Personnel not friendly with romanian people. Only one or two of them were professionals. The pool guard told us to go to Constanta not to come to Bulgaria. Room furniture very old- probably it was from when the hotel was new. The entire hotel needs a rehab.

Nothing. Maybe only the view to the hills otherwise really nothing. Its very much overprices for the quality of food offered. Rooms are very dirty, with old carpets all in stains, it smells awful like toilet all over the hotel.

What was good: nice clean pool, enough space around the pool, private beach fairly close to the hotel, very attentive staff, decently clean inside the rooms, all inclusive. Not so good: although the outside of the hotel seemed recently renovated the rooms are in dire need of a makeover, all the furniture is old and damaged and the carpet is dirty. The parking is free but on a little field near the hotel. The food is good taste wise, but the breakfast was the same for 7 days, very little variation on lunch or dinner, 75% of the food was the same no matter the meal. The fitness room is a bad joke, old and rusty equipment, stay away. As a conclusion, not good not bad, for the price paid I say was decent enough, although it's not a place that I can recommend or be willing to return.
