We LOVED staying at hotel LAXO. The owners were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, clean and convenient. The location was very central. The staff did an excellent job keeping everything nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and included. We would absolutely come stay here again and are looking forward to it! Not a thing!

The owners are very friendly and always around willing to help, 100% dedicated to customer's satisfaction! The lady from reception is very professional, helpful, and always with a smile and a friendly attitude! BRAVO and a big THANK YOU to all of you from LAXO, we have a wonderful time at your hotel !!! The breakfast was great and the room was very clean, exactly as it should be. Also the personnel were very nice and they communicated with us on the entire stay there. The sea is nearby and this is an advantage for those who want to stay at the beach. Also it is very close to the city center where you can find delicious food and all kinds of activities during the night Sometimes it was a little bit too noisy because of other guests above us. They were running inside their room and we were always thinking that the ceiling would fall over us, and this was happening in the middle of the night when we were awake because of these sounds. Maybe some signs with "please be quiet" would solve the problem for future stays there. Also the chairs inside the rooms need some caps over their legs to reduce the noise when these are dragged over the floor tiles

We enjoyed the night at the LAXO Hotel, it was very clean and the breafast pretty good, but it is not in the hotel. It is at a different restaurant and it is not buffet. The receptionist could improve her language skills, she did not speak nor English nor Russian.

Located near the beach, just 5 min walk. Small room but modern and cozy. The room and the bathroom very clean. Great and helpful staff. Private underground parking available, included in the room price. Breakfast was not buffet, but there were enough variants to choose from so it was ok. Great staff, nice people there, just a little bit of extra English language can help. But it was a nice opportunity for us to practice Bulgarian words.
