Paraiso Beach - All Inclusive

I appreciate that the 3rd language at the hotel, at the restaurant was Romanian. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. I would recommend. The room was quite small. The parking place was a bit far from the hotel, though the parking was free of charge, so it's a compensation overall ?

Friendly staff, rooms were cleaned in a daily basis, at the arrival we were helped with the lugages , animators for kids and playroom, the views were amazing, close to the beach, we would totally return

We had a really nice stay. People are very nice and help you in any way possible. Rooms are big and clean and food is really good. Thanks a lot to the manager and lady at the reception for all the help. We had a wonderful holiday. We are considering coming back because we really enjoyed it. For us, there was nothing we had to complain., everything was ok.

The room in the new building,with a wonderful sea view. Cleaning in the room every day. Nelly ,from the reception, patient and ready to help every guest. The manager is very involved in the restaurant and bar side. Free parking. coffee from the restaurant. few fruits and some tasteless.

Always finding a parking space Walking distance to downtown Bad quality of drinks including coffee and also for bad quality for food but ok various and possible to choose

The location is great - right next to the beach. We were travelling with our English Bulldog and all the staff welcomed us very well. They didn't give us a lower quality room just because of the dog compared to other places. Great value for money.

the staff was very welcoming and warming. The rooms where very clean and tidy. the food was amazing. everything was excellent. the only thing I didn’t like was the fact that we didn’t stay longer.

very close to the beach, free lounge chairs and an umbrella at the beach, good facilities, food was ok I loved the fact that there was fruit during all meals and alcohol and drinks were good. rooms were large enough and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. we had a nice balcony with a beach view. there was an animator at the hotel and they organised some activities. plenty of outdoors space to enjoy your meals. too much single use plastic - almost all drinks were served in single use plastic cups, in this day and age I expect better from hotel chains. but this is a personal preference I don’t like using single use plastic and it made a bad impression on me. another more concerning issues is that during check out the hotel asked me for payment and trued to charge me for my booking that was already paid for 3 days before my check in date through booking.com, unfortunately this is not the first Bulgarian hotel that I have booked through Booking.com that has tried this

All inclusive is worth the money (a lot of good food, drinks and snacks). The private beach was also a nice surprise. The location is near the city center and the room was nice and clean. They allow pets which is a nice thing (we saw a lot of owners with pets?). The experience overall was beautiful and relaxing. Except the bad wifi, the small parking area and the staff who do not speak very well english, everything else was super nice and I recommend this place.
