Very clean and new

Communication with the host prior to arrival was seamless and e-mail/text/phone response times were spot on. She met us at the apartment to personally welcome us, hand us the keys, and go over the details of the complex and apartment. Very professional and friendly. The room was terrific. Very clean, well-stocked, functional, comfortable, and spacious. She also met us upon checkout to thank us for staying and wish us safe travels to our next location. The interior and exterior of the building were very clean and well kept. It has a nice atrium/sitting area in the middle of the first floor. The rest of our family (4) stayed on the second floor. Huge apartment...perfect size for them. Area around the building was quiet and not a lot of thru traffic. Downtown was quaint; descent number of places to shop and restaurants to eat.

The property was very comfortable , clean , well located and very nice decorated . More than I expected!

Claudia was very kind and welcoming. She greeted us at the front at check in and guided us through the room and the surrounding area. They provided a crib as requested but they also provided a high chair which was a nice bonus. The property was very clean and it was walking distance to the main points of Faro. Parking was limited to street parking so you have to drive around to find a spot depending on the time of day.

Claudia is an excellent host. Very helpful. Beautiful and spacious room. Good location. Secure private parking.

Wow! Where to begin! Cardeal was awesome. Perfectly located oasis in a nice Faro neighborhood close to grocery stores, cafes and the Bone Church. Also within walking distance of old town. When you walk in you are greeted by Claudia and walk into a lovely patio space. She is the perfect host, very professional , knowledgeable, connected and just plain nice! She ran through all of information about the facility, the apartment and all the things to do in Faro. The apartment was perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable…home away from home! I highly recommend Cardeal and will definitely be back for another stay! No notes

The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Claudia the owner goes above and beyond to provide a great helpful service. I mentioned that we were leaving early for the airport and she booked us a local taxi. Plenty of advice about where to go in faro. We enjoyed Faro very much. There is plenty to do and great restaurants and shops. We would recommend this for a great few days break. Nothing ?

Excellent location, very close to the main centre. Bones Chapel etc. Walking distance to the best restaurants and cafes. The hostess was very helpful in giving information. Nothing really. The place is very well maintained and very peaceful.

Perhaps needs some toiletries in the bathroom

This is our second stay here. What a beautifully kept place. Very clean, very peaceful. Close to everything, Old Town, shopping district, restaurants, cafes, cafeterias, medical, and dental clinics. Claudia is a first class hostess. She answered all of our questions and provided excellent tips. We really appreciated the onsite parking garage. Very secure. Nothing, all good. Will return.

This quaint, bright and airy property was the best accommodations we had through our trip. The apartment is brand new, clean and nicely furnished. We had a 2 bedroom which had a private balcony. There are multiple common areas that were so inviting and I enjoyed relaxing later in the evening after a long day in the upstairs area. The host was responsive. Abigail, who is on site, was friendly and helpful. The location to the waterfront is so convenient and also to the inner part of the city. We all loved this place and highly recommend it. Absolutely nothing !

I loved everything about my 1 bedroom apartment! The host, Claudia, was superb! She reached out before my arrival and asked what time I would be checking in. She met me at the door and provided recommendations to activities and restaurants. Claudia showed me my unit and explained the key entry process. The facilities were clean, the apt was modern and tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable! I loved that there is a free washer/dryer for guests to use along with a lovely common area outside. Location is perfect and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. I highly recommend this accommodation. While I only stayed 2 nights, I wish there was an option to buy more coffee pods. Two were in the room..I could have used 2 more. Not a deal breaker though because there's a coffee shop nearby that serves excellent coffee and pastries!
