Very good!

Neatly made bed, and, other than the description online had mentioned, clean towels, and even shampoo / showergel were provided. The host was very kind. She really took her time to answer any questions we had, and communicated very clearly. Also, checking into our room earlier than the check-in time was no problem whatsoever. Value for money is fine: It´s really not very expensive to stay here. With a bit of extra cleaning, and some much needed diy on window panes & doors, this place is great! Apart from our private room, the place was really quite dirty: Smelly toilets, incredibly sticky shared kitchen; Only the fridge had been cleaned, the rest of the kitchen hadn´t been touched in weeks or perhaps even longer. The window in our room didn´t close properly, and since there was no heating, it was super damp inside. Also, the lamp in our room didn´t work, and the door clamped so severly, we woke up the entire hostel while attempting to open / close it. Our room was right next to the game console area in the communal living room, which kept up awake till late at night. The host helped us with bus times to the airport. We were ill informed though, and had to choose alternative transportation, otherwise we would´ve missed our flight.

I’m not sure if it was the wool blankets or the headboard but something was very dusty and I could not stop sneezing whenever I was in the room. Opening the windows helped, but you have to close and lock the windows when not in the room because there is no screen. Only two of the outlets worked in the rooms, and only one shower stall on the first floor bathroom worked, except it started flooding on our second shower. Toilet paper and paper towel was often not stocked. The walls are quite thin and the other tenants were quite loud at night between 23:00 and 02:00 AM, but that is not the hostels fault.

The doors were pretty loud and hard to close properly, they need some maintenance. Also our room was facing the street and unfortunately there was some noise due to traffic during the night. The showers didn't have any surface to store your towels or shower gel. The location was great and we appreciated the rooftop terrace, which ist a great place to have breakfast in the sun.

Location, roof terrace ,price ,stayed here twice if wasn't good ,would not have come again ,obviously did so all good ,everything in walking distance ,all flat terrain ,bus station, train station harbour ferry to beach ,bus to beach or airport all at a leisurely 10 min walk ,cashpoints, bars restaurants, Chinese indian, supermarket etc 3 to 5 mins depending on your requirements, all good No bin on roof terrace,should you decide to venture up there ,the roof terrace could really do with a tidy up ,not scruffy at all ,however a general tidy up is required, ,properly secure the artificial grass ,some plants in pots wouldn't go amiss to break up the concrete jungle that surrounds the panoramic view ,and proper seating ,and sun loungers would be highly beneficial, its actually a wasted space at present, usable yes but not aesthetically pleasing to the eye

I have a reservation and when I get there no one answers the phone and I can't check in. I called them many times but no one answers. Even I sent messages but no one replies. I have wasted my money on them and I did not get a stay at this hotel.
