The cleanliness was lackluster. There was mold on the douche, there were sewer flies and ants on the bathroom, walls did not “feel” clean due to existing spots, etc. For the price, I’d have expected much better. The lift also makes a lot of sounds and it feels as if the cables are going to break at any moment. At some moment during our stay, it was out of service, but not much changed.

Its location was fantastic so central everything within walking distance. Very clean and welcoming the staff were excellent and their English was very good… the rooms were lovely the beds extremely comfortable. My only gripe was that there’s no safe in the room.

Breakfast had everything you would want…the hotel was in the old town ..out the door and you could walk any where within the old town and around the hotel was perfectly situated to walk around the old town and area

Very small room but we were not there long so it was ok.

The staff was really friendly, especially the Brazilian girl called Letícia. She was very helpful and kind. The lift looked a bit dodgy. It felt like it wasn’t working properly and was very noisy, trembling a lot. Sometimes the buttons didn’t respond properly either.

Location, bed, staff, and the breakfast were great. The breakfast had everything you could want and it was available really early. We had an early departure and we were able to get the full breakfast buffet at 5:30 am, which was great.

location, breakfast included There was no bottled water in the room on arrival, although we were told at the Front Desk that there would be. We went back down to the Front Desk and the clerk gave us two bottles of water. The worst part was that the air conditioning kept dripping after running for a while. I put a trash can underneath which prevented a flood but made a loud noise. As a result I got very little sleep. We would have asked for a different room but we arrived after midnight after a long trip and did not have the energy.

The location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no refrigerator in the room.

At the hotel nothing really I think the town of faro just needs to do more for the handicapped getting round the cobbled pavements with not many Ramps is not easy
