Bonita Beach Hotel

This property needs new linens towel rags blankets pillows cover everything is very stain some items I can’t believe they were put in the rooms and tub was also dirty looking

Very clean and nice place to be with the family

Dirty environment, towels are yellow. Staff is non existent and rude. The pool was swampy cloudy and contain algae. The sink had a dead roach. It was a terrible place to bring my 2 children. We cut our vacation short for health and safety concerns. Zero stars if possible and Terrible that Expedia and the hotel refuse to take accountability and offer us a full refund!

To far North and to far from the boardwalk

Location was good. Remodeled recently. The room was not cleaned often enough. The room was only cleaned once the week we were at the hotel.

Nice place to stay.

Clean room, great staff, nice AC in the room, balcony was cool. Indoor pool was cool too... pizza and dunkin right across the street.. 100 percent would stay again.

Nice mid town location, clean property and rooms. Close access to beach. A/C worked well in room. The hall ways were very warm. Not sure why?

Clean, convenient, no frills everything what we expected. I would stay again. Convenient to beach, restaurants and ample parking

No amenities! Advertised stove top me and several travelers complained that there isn’t a stove. All the . The juice they advertise was not Available.

Good value and location

It met our needs for the 2 days we were there.. Staff in the office / and house keeping were on their phones alot and not very helpful

Room was clean put the shower curtain had mold at the bottom of it staff was great very friendly helpful air conditioner was all right did not work too good on one of the days I was there. Balcony was nice gave you a view of the bay and the ocean overall trip was good

The pool and game room were great, I was traveling with young adults Everything was clean Maybe you can add some weights to the fitness room

Air conditioning, the rooms are not being clean high and low . On top of the refrigerator was dirty . You can tell that it had not been cleaned. No iron . Phone in room didn’t work . Parking was tight. Pool is small, very close to beach

Hotel was mostly clean. Only issue we really had is service regarding fresh linen. AC doesn’t get super cold but once it got dark it was fine. Would stay here again

Our blankets and linen were filthy, and clearly weren’t changed from the previous people. The carpets had chip crumbs all over them and there were children’s toys left in the night stand. When asked for new linen, we didn’t receive it and it took a total of 4 times asking to finally receive new bedding that we had to put on the bed, even then the bedding wasn’t right (comforter wasn’t the right size for our bed and we only received 2 loose sheets and no fitted sheet.)

Amazing location, close to the beach and everything around is at walking distance , pool is indoors with an arcade so if it rains you can stay inside and swim and relax the pool is temp controlled, my stay was a 10/10 What’s there not to like, the property is exceptional and I’m going to the same property again in a few
