So nice and clean with Super friendly stuff Dinning room for breakfast is so small for 2 hotel buildings :(

Everything was great. Wonderful room, everything clean. Nice breakfast (included). Wish it was right on the beachfront, but then it'd be more expensive.

Staff was helpful, friendly and efficient, but the property is in need of a bit of TLC. The Ice machine on the 5th floor was broken, room carpet was dirty, our shower head needed replacement, the gym machine attachments didn't work, treadmill was out of order, door didn't close properly in our room and the laundry requires 12 quarters per wash or dry but the hotel was out of quarters... Overall, we had a good stay and it was relatively hassle-free but these little details need attention.

Many Ocean City hotels are rundown and sad, This one carried a brand name and big price tsg when I booked but was not different.

Hotel was nice, clean and close to the beach. However breakfast options can be improved, very bland options, not fruit and everything seemed over processed

Parking was a bit tricky, some spots were labeled others were not. Also wasn’t a fan of paying to park when it’s just a lot, not a garage.

Before arriving, we clearly informed the hotel that one of our guests has reduced mobility and uses a wheelchair part of the time. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room we were given was not appropriate or safe for someone with mobility limitations. The bathtub was very slippery and had no grab bars or other safe support for getting in and out. This was a serious safety concern, not simply a matter of comfort. When we brought this to the hotel’s attention, the solution offered was to move four adults into a King room. That did not address the actual accessibility issue and would have made the sleeping arrangements less practical for our group. We ultimately stayed in our original room, but we were very disappointed that the need we had communicated in advance was not adequately addressed. The room also had some cleanliness and maintenance problems, the bathroom was not as clean as we expected, and some items in the room were broken including a broken shampoo dispenser and other items that needed attention. On the positive side, breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options, and parking was convenient. Overall, we expected better customer service and greater attention to safety, especially after communicating our accessibility needs in advance. We left very disappointed.

Convenient, good location and walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach, etc

I like how close to the beach the property was, however, the property itself lacks resources. One staff member and housekeeping isn’t consistent. The rooms were dirty not fully cleaned and the facilities were not cleaned well.

We were four days and the room was cleaned while we were there. We don't mind reusing towels and washcloths but there was no place to hang them to keep them from getting mildew.

What I liked about the property was that it was near the beach; literally walking distance. Breakfast was great, hot breakfast every morning . Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was tight; if you have a big car is challenging to park inside the garage. The room was clean. The only thing was that the air conditioner was dripping due to condensation. Part of the carpet was wet and I kept forgetting about it and kept stepping on it. Which was uncomfortable. The pool was ok. I really liked that towels were available.

Very close to the restaurant, the beach and stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good and the staff was nice. We discovered the air conditioning was leaking into the rug and when I notified the staff, they said they already knew about it. I was surprised they put us in a room where they knew the air conditioning was leaking.

Everything was good. I will probably come back again!

Orlando was great, his assistant not so much. Not very friendly or helpful.

Location The bed was hard. The room was musty smelling.

The carpet in our room was drenched from the leaking air conditioner. We reported it and nothing was fixed during our stay. Everything else was ok. Staff friendly. Good parking. Breakfast was ok.
