They were able to accommodate early check-in and parking. However. Charged $30 / day for pet fees. And room floors were not that clean.

From the day I checked in til the day I checked out she provided vouchers which was very helpful during our stay I can’t remember her name but she was tall African American lady slim weight. Very very nice lady .

The room smells bad and cleaning is bad

This was my second time staying here and this time was not a good experience. Front desk was polite and let me check in early. The next day, the cleaning staff kept knocking on my door to clean the room. I asked them several times to come back at 11am as my family and I was getting ready to leave for the day. Because the staff did not speak or understand English, they just kept coming to my room. Finally the cleaning manager came by and interpreted what I was saying. When I came back to my room later that night ,I saw that they never cleaned the room. They only gave us new towels and made up the bed. There was sand still on the floor in the bathroom. The tub still had hair in it. They never vacuumed the carpet. I had to call to get new wash clothes and hand towels. It was terrible, and they need to do better.

I deducted 1 star due to the fact that this is not a "hotel," but actually a motel. The room's door opened directly to Coastal Highway, which is a loud street at all times, which can disrupt your sleep. It loses another star due to the fact that the property is not well maintained. The furniture in our room was discolored/stained and falling apart. The positives are that it's very close to the beach, has a place to rinse off after the beach, and the staff (both cleaning and front desk) were nice.

The carpets felt gross if you walked on them without socks, and your socks/feet would be black. Pretty sure a lamp shade had mold on it but not 100%. And only one of the air conditioners worked properly thankfully it was the one by the door that didn’t work and the one near our beds worked.

Clean. Good location. Staff was very nice.

Very close to the beach

There were a few small issues with our room (stained sheets, stray hair, etc.) The staff was very helpful in resolving the matter, specifically the manager on duty during the morning (8/14/26) and the front desk person, Balzhan.

Great experience, especially when you control for cost. We got there 2 hrs before check in and they happily let me get my key. Room was exactly as described. Totally functional, everything you need. As close to the beach as you need to be, worry-free parking, a decent restaurant on the first floor, a CVS, food lion, and various food options across the street... This place is a steal.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel was good and the access to the beach and grocery stores was great. The hotel was a bit old and not very clean and we saw a lot of tiny mosquitoes and cockroaches in our room! Breakfast was just snacks and no milk or eggs, they had muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee and juice. Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The staff was very nice.

Room was clean cleaning staff is very accommodating. Free breakfast is a first come first service supply of donuts and muffins left in the office. Complimentary beach chair look like assorted chairs from the lost and found and are cleaned in anyway. Faster if you take the stairs.

Breakfast was not the best, barely anything to eat. No room service to come clean, but overall everything else was good
