Nice stay!

The check in was fairly easy. Parking was never an issue. The room was in order, although there were hair strands all over before we settled in. On the bed sheets and especially in the bathroom. I get hair falls off easily, but before guests arrive it should be completely cleaned. We only saw our room lady once and she was kind to ask if there was anything we needed. Honestly, it was a nice experience and you’re right on the beach. Just small things that could be easy fixes! The staff offered us a new room when our toilet started flooding @1am and the maintenance wasn’t in for the rest of the night.

Room was outdated. Carpet was torn and extremely stained, tiles were falling off the bottom of walls, lampshades were completely rusted at bottom, bathroom tub was patched and water hardly drained, toilet seat was so worn that I wasn’t sure if it was clean or not. Pool closed before dark. No parking at the end of the night. Their ad said on the beach but wasn’t you couldn’t see the beach and when they say in their ad 3 minute walk to the boardwalk they mean the wooden sidewalk that leads to the shops and activities about a mile or more away. So don’t be fooled, cheap means cheap for a reason. If I don’t get a refund I will be contacting my lawyer for false advertising!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very affordable. The location was great and convenient to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming, too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again! 🌊☀️

We enjoyed the clean room and the pool. Loved the balcony area as well. Took a little bit for the shower to make hot water.

Overall this was a pretty good place to stay! The location to the beach was the main selling point for me. I read the reviews and they all seemed good! Everything was pretty clean just a bit outdated with the carpet. Only thing I didn’t care for was the bedding. They came everyday and cleaned our room, made the beds and gave clean towels without asking. I would definitely stay here again!

Malgré l’âge du bâtiment, l’endroit est très bien entretenu. Les employés brossent les plancher d’autour de la piscine et les corridors des chambres, entretiennent la piscine et soufflent le sable qui s’accumule. Les chambres sont propres. Nous avions deux lits doubles, même si j’avais demandé des queens. La literie et les serviettes de douche étaient propres. Le tapis de chambre était propre aussi. Pas de senteur d’humidité ou de moisi. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien. Les employés sont toujours présents et à l’écoute pour nous fournir les informations demandées. Très belle découverte pour nous.

Great staff and accommodations. Room was clean and updated. Towels were poor quality. I would definitely go back and highly recommend Dunes Court.

Nothing The manager in the office is very rude and nasty. She cursed at me in front of my kid and called me a curse name.

Housekeeping was great, good location, nice pool No elevator and we were on the 3rd floor

The fridge in the room didn’t get cold, so they brought a “new” one that didn’t work either. Both fridges ended up being cold the day we checked out. They don’t allow you to control your own room temperature. Our room was set to 60 and we froze while in there after being out in the heat and sun all day! They have one remote to control every air conditioner so you can’t adjust as needed. They did turn it up to 67 but it was still pretty cold at night.
