Dates facility but clean. Great location for family beach time. Easy walk to the beach.

They need to work on the ice machine

The motel is clean and pleasant. The room clean but smell.We like that in the bathroom shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. Microwave is helpful. Staff friendly. Close by to the ocean . We didn’t like that no elevator. Our room was on the third floor and it was difficult to put our bags on the third floor. Also we didn’t like that there a lot people smoke on the patio and we couldn’t open our door. Motel doesn’t have a private balcony even on front ocean view. Everywhere only long patio.

It was hard to find the check-in office but after thats, everything was great!

The room was perfect for what we needed, and the pool was clean and a nice size. The staff was also very accommodating with the few things we asked for during our stay. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again on our next trip to OCMD! 🌊☀️

I enjoyed my time in Ocean City. Overall sty was ok! Room not that clean and very damp! Mildew smell with damp towels. Pool well maintained and clean. Front desk was friendly housekeeping was helpful but very loud. If I come back I probably would get a room on the upper floors I don’t feel like I had privacy being next to housekeeping office and on 1st floor with everyone walking by.

The property was very dated, and someone on the staff listed our room as vacant and someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. The pool was extremely dirty and the room had bugs flying all over it, including the bathroom.

Location was good. Parking was ample. Patio was nice to eat outside. Limited privacy. Our room was patio level, so convenient but no view. The room was clean, but the carpet looked scary. Wore flip flops the entire time. The bedding was spotless, but mattress was uncomfortable. Ice machine was broken, which required a walk to another building for ice. Budget friendly, no thrills, good location.

Visited two weeks before and had issues with the ice machine not working and very spotty internet. Both worked perfectly this trip.

Beach front views were great. They brought a cot when requested. We enjoyed our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. It’s a true rest and refuge even from the absolute choas around it. I tried to leave the property as less as possible. The location the pool were absolutely perfect for my and my sons needs. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back! So much so, extended my stay.

It was close to the beach, older building so it’s not the nicest place due to it being older, staff was friendly location was good. Far from luxury but if your a “ I don’t care we just have to sleep there” person it’s a good spot.

I love the location. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were perfect for me and my family. I loved having the option to cook on the grill outside our room. Having the options to walk on the beach or the board walk. Me and my family will definitely book the motel for our future stays.

Perfect location. Perfect vibe. Not too much but not to be under rated. I had a great time. Thank for all the memories.

I loved how you saw the ocean and so close to the ocean. Just a short walk. I would stay there again. Pool was very nice.

Staff was helpful, however the directions for checking in were unclear. They never cleaned our room and called 2 times.
