Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City Oceanfront

We had a fantastic stay. The "we" was Me (Mom) and my two teenage daughters (13, 14) and our mid-size dog. We had a King, ocean front room with a balcony. The room was incredibly clean and felt very fresh and comfortable. It also had a pull out sofa which we used. The ocean view was spectacular and we lucked out being on the 2nd floor because our pup is not a huge fan of elevators. So getting in and out was a breeze. The restaurant and bar were also great! The deck is so nice with lots of rockers to enjoy the sunset. My girls really enjoyed the snow cones available for purchase in the front lobby as well as the little store where we could get snacks, drinks, etc. The whole property was decorated very nicely. It's also a great location and walked everywhere when we wanted to go play mini golf, go to the amusement park and go out for a casual dinner. Of course steps to the beach is a nice plus and there is also covered parking which is great. And the start of the boardwalk is also about a black away, so easy access! All staff was also very friendly and helpful. Overall an amazing stay and I look forward to booking again!

My issues were no wash clothes provided in the bathroom and chairs on our balcony were extremely uncomfortable to sit in! I don’t mind every other day cleaning and clean bedding, BUT extra garbage bags for each room would be helpful! The staff were very pleasant and the doormen at the entrance were very eager to help! The view from our room was fabulous!

Location was good since it was near Breakfast wasn’t included coz it was booked through a third party. Linen was old and worned out! Pillows are so bad & cheap! We need to request towels, asked so many times! A/c was so loud! Front desk told us room are cleaned every other day but no one came. Front desk was not welcoming, they care less all they respond was because we booked through a third party. They charged us a daily parking fee! As i was checking now this Hotel had so much bad reviews since 10 months ago. & as i see the management responded with all this concerns but nothing has been done.

The Wi-Fi was unsecured so be careful if you stay here. The pillows were flat and felt like you were sleeping on nothing. When we reported this and asked for new pillows they left a mountain of 8 pillows on the bed, to be funny, I guess. Housekeeper did a terrible job cleaning the room…..because she never cleaned anything! Made the beds very sloppy and not sure she ever changed the bedding. I received a text on 3rd day asking to rate experience and was told that I would receive a follow up call. Never happened. I had high expectations given this was a Hilton branded hotel. I will never stay here again and advise anyone to stay elsewhere

Only issue was 2 elevators for everyone- which is not a big deal. Otherwise an absolute perfect stay and location. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

The staff was very nice and professional. esp.Heidi who I works in the bar area she went above and beyond to make a strawberry milk shake for my husband. Bless you! I found it upsetting and was taken back when we were charged $15.00 a day to park our car we were staying for a couple of days . Begin on a budget I would of rather tipped the door person and the house keeper.. Thanks for asking..

We had the corner room with a great view of the beach and the boardwalk. The hotel was at the end and was peaceful and quiet that we had to leave.
