Quality Inn Ocean City Beachfront

Staff was great Breakfast so good I recommend Quality inn

But the hotel was pretty good

The room was very untidy, the bad smell in the hallway made a terrible impression, and the indoor pool looked like it had never been cleaned; there were no laundry facilities in the hotel and no showers by the pool. Terrible.

Everything worked properly except to room entrance door had to be pushed/pulled shut. There was noticeable black on room ceilings. Behind coffee make there was black on the wall which we easily cleaned and it didn’t come back. Parking was no problem. Bathroom was in decent condition. View was great lots of dolphin.

I ask for towels and they where never deliver also the bathroom was no clean and the pool was dirty. Otherwise it was good

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pool is great & lots of lounge chairs & room to play. Right next to the beach, which is much quieter & calmer than hotels close to the boardwalk. Breakfast is nice. Parking is great, huge lots & can always find a spot. Water pressure in the bathrooms could be stronger & water could be hotter at times but overall great family friendly hotel, will be back

This is a 1 star stay not a hotel, the room was so dirty you walk on the carpet your feel become so dirty. The paint is peeling off, the room smells so they put A/C at 65 at night we felt little chilly so I went to ask for a blanket the lady working at night told. me wait till morning as soon as housekeeping comes in the morning. They have 2 buildings so you ve to pay attention when reserving they show you nice pictures but reality is something else. the hallways smells too you smell some weird smells like cigarettes and …

This hotel offers everything you want. Breakfast, pool, close to beach, balcony.

Breakfast was lame, no protein. There was no variety. Room was dated and smelled stale. Air conditioner was loud and needed to be set at 62 to cool the room. Plumbing was slow draining. The cupboards and cabinet doors were broken. Shower was small and slippery. Access to the beach was redeeming. Wouldn't stay more than a few days.

The only thing that was nice was the location. The property was not taken care of and our room was filthy

Only thing is they have the office in the other part of the hotel across the parking lot.

absolutely in horror.. everything was fine until the shower was immediately clogged as soon as I stepped in the shower and I’m assuming no one ever came up to fixed it. then once I got back from the boardwalk and getting ready for bed. I flipped the blanket just to see a blood stained. Thankfully I had an extra blanket in my car that I can used because this is disgusting. Please stay away from this place that’s why it’s cheap. Now lesson learn I rather pay for a little bit more for cleanliness.

Clean

This hotel was the WORST I’ve ever stayed at. The room did not seem like it was cleaned at all. None of the outlets were accessible. My mother had to make coffee in the bathroom. The free breakfast was over crowded in a tiny space. The lock on our door was broken. The bathroom door didn’t close. There was hair in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The floors in the hallways were constantly lined with garbage. We did not hear anyone use a vacuum the entire time we were there. The front staff was beyond rude. We were told we were going to be upgraded only to find out that room was given away. We ended up leaving the next day! Please save your money and stay anywhere else!
