Flamingo Motel

Price was great and 1 block from beach. Definitely could use updating the rooms with carpet it's very old paint chipping everywhere and bathrooms look like there from the 80s. Pool area could be cleaner but overall experience was good

The rooms are ok, they were clean and beds are comfortable. The pool was not clean, also, the reels to access the pool were loose.

View was great ad well as the staff There was no table or chairs in the room to eat or sit at. The place smelled of Marijuana due to 90% of the other guests smoking it on their balconies.

From the moment we arrived we had nothing but issues. AC unit was not working, they had to exchange it out 4-5 times, promised a new ac and was told to contact when back in the room in which we did and found out it was given to someone else because they assumed we didn't needed it and did not call to confirm. No compensation given, no cleaning services provided although did see people cleaning diffrent rooms but never came to our room. We only stayed 2 night and had to deal with heat which was not fair at all.it was terrible and will not be booking again.

I love the new upgrades in the efficiency room! Very nice. Beds were very comfy and the room was very clean!

When I walk into the office, they always make me feel like I’m at home. They’re always happy help you out with any question you have they have a great staff here. Everyone is very friendly. There is nothing I did not like about this place. It’s perfect great location great room and a great pool.

Disappointing

Location The rooms are half renovated poorly, the staff is rude, short and borderline disrespectful.

I liked the view from our 3rd floor ocean front balcony. The location was OK. The flamingo motel is a dump....with a view! The place is old, nasty, and dirty. A place can be old, but it doesn't have to be DIRTY. Trash in the parking lot also. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would have gone someplace else.

I like that there is an indoor and outdoor pool so if it rained we could still enjoy the pool. The pools weren’t kept the cleanest. They were very cloudy especially the indoor. The website says early check in wouldn’t cost anything but when I got there they said $50 but then told friends of mine $40, so that’s a little weird. I mean if I have to pay that’s fine but I don’t think it should cost different amounts.

Pool was nice and cafe was delicious!!! We had ants at first but then the staff immediately responded and treated the area

The room size was perfect for my family and how close it was to the beach. The hotel staff was quick when we needed towels or extra blankets or anything. The tub and bathroom sink did not drain correctly. The carpet needs updated due to mildew smell. It was a no smoking building yet you could smell Marijuana in the halls. The wifi is free but very slow to the point you couldn't facilitate it. There was no TV in the living room area as mentioned it would have. Cupboards were broken in the kitchenette. There was no coffee pot in the rooms.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom! The shower was dirty and covered in black mold!!! Room was nothing like it showed on the website.
