Check in was a pain. Room was ready but they wanted me to pay a fee for checking in earlier than 1pm I declined. The hot tub was broken which was a bummer, there were an insane amount of children in the pool areas and lobby and were not supervised. It was very disappointing considering this is my 6th time staying here. It really went down hill.

We requested a crib for our toddler . We were told that it would be brought to us shortly but after almost 2 hours of waiting, nothing came. I went to the front desk asking myself, they said, “ oh we are out of the cribs now.” A hotel like this should never be so. Before I confirmed the booking, I put that we have a toddler, which means a crib would be needed for him to comfortably sleep in. Won’t go again to this place .

Good location, the indoor/outdoor pools made not being on the beach cool. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and well attended. Parking was great. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work.

The room was very clean and well maintained. Also the breakfast was so good and they had a variety of food to chose from which made it so good for picky eaters. The staff was great and they always did there job right. Lastly, the pool was amazing, especially the jacuzzi and the outdoor pool was so warm which was good when it was cold outside.

Location was perfect! Our suite was very spacious with a balcony. Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed breakfast in the morning.

The property was clean and updated. We loved the location and the amenities, fitness room, pool, etc. Our room was spacious and with a family of four, we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The breakfast was nice, it gave us a reason to meet in the mornings with everyone in our party. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed our stay. N/A
