Amazing hospitality from check-in to check-out, excellent staff, perfect location.

The staff was attentive and responsive

Location is great! Balcony is also wonderful. The staff was warm and helpful. My concerns were with the overall quality. Our room didn’t have a good seal on the door we could see light coming in. Additionally the shower curtain was ripped and the hair dryer didn’t work. Finally the WiFi kept disconnecting.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not the greatest. I really wanted to like the experience, as this was my first time at OCMD. Overall, the facility was very clean, but it looks like there’s no sound-proof walls whatsoever. I could not rest at all. People screaming and pounding on the walls and ceiling all night even past midnight. Restaurant on-site was not the cleanest and food was not great either, at least what I got. However, staff were very kind and helpful and the view from the balcony was the only thing worth it!

Room was clean and staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was a bit small and bathroom was no bigger than closet, but it was stocked well. Biggest complaint was that housekeeping skipped our room every single day even though we were out of the room by 10 am. Instead we would get a call or text from the hotel later in the day asking if we needed anything. I appreciated them checking with us, but it would have been nicer to just have the room ready. Pool was decent, beach towels available poolside. Parking lot was not big enough for number of spaces especially when people had bike carriers or trailer hitches. Overall stay was great.

We also booked multiple family rooms, and unfortunately, several of them had issues as well, including brown stains on the pillows, patio curtains that were falling down, and a clogged toilet.

Very clean room, convenient to the beach and boardwalk. Highly recommend

Nice, clean very well stocked of supplies needed. Very short walk to the beach right on the boardwalk. Lots of stores to choose from. Staff is friendly! Even has a little restaurant right on the property by the pool area that was very good. Lots of things to do in either direction of your travels.

Hotel and staff itself was great. Just other guests and kids were noisy, stomping and loud.

comfy beds, lots of towels, had mini fridge and microwave. ate at Satellite cafe for breakfast and it was great! Hotel is in walking distance to a good coffee spot, Java Beach Cafe. I smelled dog in the room. I got used to it though. small bathroom

I am so happy I chose this hotel; I loved everything about it. It was very clean, and I found so much peace and tranquility—exactly what I needed for my vacation. I didn't want to leave; everything was very clean and tidy. I recommend it 100%.

A very shabby hotel for the price. The location was it's only redeeming value and even that wasn't amazing. Views were not amazing, most rooms look down on a sad courtyard area. Everything was a bit old and dated, there was only one elevator for the entire hotel that operated at a snail's pace, the stairs were kind of dangerous and nosing was falling off many of them and the tiles were super slippery, the restaurant is extremely shabby and overpriced (recommend walking up the street to a nicer restaurant for the same menu at a more reasonable price) and communication with the front desk was not a pleasant experience, especially after I had an issue with my booking.
