Crystal Beach Hotel

I loved that they were able to message us when the room was ready considering we drove a long way and just wanted to shower. The staff was very nice and very informative. Gave us coupons to everything. We attended definitely somewhere we would stay again.

Like everything about the hotel

Very nice place and will return, however, the main building is better than the 2nd as noted in previous stays. Available space in room seems smaller from one building to the next. Beach view was obstructed but still visible. Restaurant with pool on property will always be convenient.

The property boasts it’s a “beachfront property” however they don’t mention the second part of the hotel which is in the back and NOT on the beach. This of course is the one we ended up in. I paid over $400 for one night thinking we’d be facing to beach. We did not and don’t me get started on how our room’s toilet wouldn’t flush so after waiting an hour for someone to come, I notified the front desk and they placed us in another room. I will never star here again.

The beach is full of jellyfish but its very clean

Perfect location! I took my Mom, and kids with their boyfriend /girlfriend. We all had our own rooms and were able to come and go to the beach pool ride bikes could not have been better! Staff excellent! Will stay again! We had a perfect view on the fifth floor of the boardwalk building and my 95-year-old mother was able to watch her grandkids come and go on the boardwalk ride bikes, go to the beach like when they were little, she couldn’t have been happier! And a view of the bay as well!

Room was spacious but could use new mattresses. Both pools were very small and a little cloudy and could add a few more lounge chairs. Food at the restaurant was surprisingly very good and the gentleman taking orders and serving us was very attentive, a definite asset for the restaurant.

great location I called 2 times and spoke with reservations and requested our 2 rooms to be close together and the were on separate floors and the male at the check in desk could of cared less he was not nice at all and had very poor customer service i suggested he leave his attitude at home next time we have stayed at this hotel a number of times and we have friends and family we have sent your way .

Hotel was very clean and comfortable

not worth 600+ per night, kind of grimey in general but the thing that bothered me was these obnoxious lights then turn on automatically outside on the balcony, not only no privacy but puts you in a spotlight for everyone on the boardwalk to see. Made us not want to use the balcony we paid a lot extra for

The only thing I thought could have been cleaner was the pool by the beach. Dingy looking.

Location It had gummy bears on the floor left behind by the previous people…the blanket on the one bed had what looked like a blood stain….and we saw a roach…finally you’re required to pay $35 to park
