Front desk Kevin was very nice, caring, and professional. Took us to see other rooms to when we reported a problem with our room. Greeted by a very loud HVAC unit. We complained and was accommodated as best as they could. HVAC in ALL of the rooms are noisy. The units need to be replaced or serviced asap. Furniture is a bit worn. One of our drawers would not stay closed. Rooms and hallways can use air fresheners. Elevators and lobby smell nice. Lobby is bright, clean, and welcoming. No complimentary shower cap or lotion in bathroom. Shower curtain was too short and the water drained all over the floor. Floor was SOAKED every time! Breakfast is basic. Some items did not have labels. Didn’t specify what was in the omelette or if the meat was pork, beef, or turkey, etc. No meat options other than one sausage. No bacon. Don’t know if the sausage was pork, beef or turkey. No muffins. Just toast and bagels. Recommend muffins. No potatoes/hash browns. They rent pull wagons if you have a lot of stuff to carry to the beach, which was nice. Pool is very small. Maybe 5-7 guests at once. Didn't look super clean. Bed and pillows was comfortable but the queen is NOT a true queen! Bigger smart tvs needed in rooms.

Location was great and the breakfast was very good. The soap dispenser in the shower did not work. Would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Rooms are small especially for a King Size relative to what you pay. Its also far from the board walk and there is not much of a lounge room. Breakfast was very good great options for kids and adults. The room size made me feel claustrophobic and I decided to leave early.

The personal was very professional , great costumer service From the general manager, front desk, maintenance, the breakfast area the personal, Was very friendly, educated, the are was clean The food One the best breakfast that never try on different hotels High recommend this hotel Notes; The general manager explained and provided solutions to I ca checking early before 11 am Thanks so much Mmmm maybe have more time to stay at this hotel , I don't think I don't have any complaints

The staff who took care of the breakfast area were also very nice and friendly. The housekeeping staff was rude in addition to the front desk agent upon checkout. This hotel experience was off brand, to be a Marriott property. As a Bonvoy member I was disappointed. I will not return to this property.

Great helpful staff, cleaning/maintenance was really nice while walking by, and the breakfast was pretty good also. The room we stayed in needed to be serviced for their Tv remotes however it was handled and fixed within the same day. We weren’t planning on staying inside too long anyway. Otherwise, it was very clean and orderly. The WiFi wasn’t too good however, we couldn’t really connect to it.

I like the location on the property. Paying for the parking and there not being enough parking on the property. We had to continuously park at the Dunkin Donut parking lot right next to it. Which if we are paying we should have to be there at a certain time or fight for parking. There was no parking neither in the front nor back at a certain time of the day. The room also did not have enough electrical outlets and the ones that did work some didn’t charge well at all.

Enjoyed everything about our stay, room was clean and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was very good, nice variety and they changed it up everyday. Location was good, walking distance to a lot of shops and resturants.
