Great location. 5 minute walk to Dunkin Donuts and 7-11. 7 or 8 minute walk to the beach. Also in walking distance to the water park and a few mini golf places. The sunset on the bay is beautiful to watch as well. I've seen a lot of bad reviews claiming bedbugs and wifi issues, but I didn't experience that. My room was clean and the wifi was great. They have direcTV so there was plenty to pick from on tv. They stock the room with 3 bars of hotel soap and 4 towels, but be sure to bring a washcloth and shampoo, conditioner, or other items you may need. There's a microwave and mini fridge/ freezer, but no coffee pot.

Location was perfect, you could walk to beach if wanted to but short drive to anywhere you wanted . It’s definitely on the older worn side but they keep as nice as they can. No breakfast. No pool. No hair dryer lol but the desk had one and let me use it. That was very nice!!

Not very accommodating also you have a $100 deposit on rooms and $10 for parking even though booking.com says free parking.

Very nice place especially considering how cheap it is. Amazing veiws aswell, comfy beds, clean floors Booked a suite and didn't get a balcony Have to pay to park at the property

They are running a elaborate scheme....the.curb out front says no parking ever.....on the same street there is a trailer park and they're parking lot charges 15.00 daily.....the day we got.there there was a sign up that said 45 for animals. Today when. Checking out which I was an hr late, they refused to refund my 100 deposit cause of the dog that they knew I had...then I received a text saying she was calling the cops to.evict me smfh....after I spoke to her 10 times on my way there. Needless to say I will.never rent they're again....go ahead and book the hilton cause by the time you get scammed by parking and.fee for this and fee for that....you have spent Hilton money....also I found a bedbug on one.of.my.shirts when I did my laundry today.

I liked the view from both balconies. Small but it was okay. I didnt like how some of the dishes had some stuff on it and had to wash before eating and making stuff in it.

I liked how my room had a kitchen, a balcony and a different area for a 3rd bed. The toilet was broken and the tv wouldn’t work, there was mold everywhere as well as dirty towels and rags. The one front desk lady is extremely rude I had 4 people in my room and only two towels came with it so I had to go and ask the lady every time I had to Go to her she rolled her eyes and gave me the most attitude the only nice people there is the cleaners.

Location, and the room size. We had to pay for parking!!! We had to pay for WiFi!!! They had kids playing football in the parking lot! The guests in room 309 8/7/26 had kids running all night jumping, woke me and my kids up out of a dead sleep, I went to the main office only to find the receptionist in a deep sleep! I had to wake him up to let him know My family was just woke up, Can you talk to the guest being disruptive at 11:30 pm. The guest didn’t stop. I will continue to share my experience with this hotel with my friends to make sure they go elsewhere for this price we paid.

Good distance to everything I was told it was ok to come little early then we arrived they refused us to come in early so had to go do something for 5 more hours when we drove almost 5 hours to get there and when we did get to room no toilet paper for towels or wash clothes. And then after what all we paid they charged me extra $45 to get in an hour early

The room was nice. Definitely enough room for my family. The dock was right behind the parking lot. The walk to the boardwalk kind of sucked. But the bay view was nice. I wasn't told ahead of time when booking that there was $100 deposit (it was refunded when we checked out) and parking is $10 per day. However, if you keep checking and find a spot, there is free street parking on the road right in front.
