Close to beach room was fairly clean I have been staying there for years and never had to pay$$ 20 00 a day parking!! I never read anywhere or was i notified of the charge until I checked it!! Iam not happy losing $$$$ 60.00 more dollars from my budget

The hotel is convenient to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants.

Right on the boardwalk. Can't beat that!! Parking isn't great but doable.

Everything was ok

1/2 a roll of toilet paper for 5 people, the property is poorly maintained (dirty carpets, holes in the walls, and the reason for the 1 star, the shower would not get warm. The beds were pretty comfortable and we liked the location, but we never stay here again because I feel like a warm shower is a must.

Very dirty, towels hand towels and wash clothes are very hard to come by. We booked a room for 4 people only 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels when we arrived , asked for more they said they can only give out 2 towels and there were no washcloths or hand towels clean they were getting washed , went back 4 hours later , same answer again the next morning and same thing . The room and hallway had an old musty odor that wouldn’t go away even when I went and bought Lysol to try and help . We checked out a full day early.

Absolutely loved it! Love the decor/ colors. Only hotel there that actually gave tropical vibes. Loved the hotel pool/bar. Our new go to spot each year for now on!

From the moment of checking in, things were not as pleasant as I’d hope it would be. I was told I had to pay for parking per night, which was not stated prior to booking that parking was an additional fee. I needed another parking spot for my guests, that I was sharing a room that fits 6 people. I was told I could only pay for 1 parking spot. I had to do street parking so that my guest could park in the lot. Next, the WiFi was not accessible. I explained to the concierge that I could not connect to the WiFi. She couldn’t help me on the spot, so she had to reach out to the manager. I couldn’t wait because I needed to get connection instantly, therefore I had to leave the premises to get internet access. Lastly, a little less than 2 hours prior to checking out, a staff knocked on the door to tell me and my guests that we had to leave. I felt like I was rushed and that my time and money spent was not important. I’m truly disappointed with the service I received.

I like the fact that they had King suites that had two king-size beds. The location was great because it was right on the boardwalk so we were able to walk to a lot of different things. The parking was horrible. You only got one parking pass so if you had a big family and had to bring more than one vehicle, this is not the place to stay. The staff was OK, but I could never understand a word they were saying because they were foreign.

This property is in a good location!!!! Needs more maintenance like stove or refrigerator overall kitchens stuff

The hotel is a great location downtown. We have a room with two kings and it was tons of space for our family. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Room is outdated but for the price it was perfect. The pools didn't open til 10am and 11am so that was a late start for having kids. The biggest issue was only one elevator for the building but they do have two sets of steps. Front desk was very helpful. Parking is $20 per day.

The front desk staff and maintenance crews were very helpful. The room was clean but had leftover cleaning residue on the surfaces. The poolside bar was amazing and a great place to grab food and hangout. The pools were not the most clean but they good enough to hang out for a weekend. Heads up, the cleaning crew will show up around 9:30-10:00am every morning and will knock regardless if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on. They will also continue to knock until you answer the door.
