No breakfast no elevator window air conditioner small bathroom small room alot of rust bathroom light not bright enough ceiling fan in room made a terrible noise no microwave no coffee maker but the location was good but no access directly to beach or boardwalk. The staff was all very friendly very helpful. I guess the old saying is you get what you pay for. No elevator was the worst

Very polite staff, right on the beach, great parking, an ice machine. Nothing really. It is what it is.It’s old with a lot of stairs and music from below, but we knew that when we booked it.

Love the location, very clean considering it’s an older structure, the morning staff very nice. The only thing would be the beds not very comfortable but other than that it was great!

Close to beach and restaurants. No elevator. Carpet in room and comforter dirty.

Very clean and staff is very nice and helpful. The music from an adjoining business was loud though not the fault of the property. Staff offered to change our room when we asked nicely about the source of the sound. This is an old beach hotel, not luxury accommodations. Excellent people work here and it is very clean. We stay here every year and always have a great experience.

Perfect location with its own parking lot. Staff were friendly The shower temperature would fluctuate often and at random times. Not a huge problem

Staff friendly and attentive. I felt safe with the exit and entrance being monitored. The window AC made me sleep great. The building is on the boardwalk! The location is fantastic. The outside hose is perfect. The ice machine was perfect for my stay. I loved the price and will stay again. There are steps so be prepared to climb them.

It was right in the boardwalk and short walk to get to beach. The phone in room did not work, they never sent anyone to look at it, room was not cleaned the whole time we were there, had to walk down 2 flights of stairs to go to front desk because phone was not working and there was no one at the desk and I went up and down 5 times over the span of an hour and no one was there anytime.
