White Marlin Inn

The ac smelled of strong mildew, the floors were covered in dirt, the sheets were stained with brown, the shower flooded the entire room any time it was in use, the parking lot is terribly small. They claim the have a sister pool you have access to…this pool is the size of a bath tub???

It’s a decent motel for the price we paid last minute. I mean I wasn’t expecting to find any vacancy under $115 at least but I scrolled upon the white marlin motel and they happened to have 2 double beds available for under $100 plus they were in walking distance to the boardwalk and beach… but they do charge a refundable deposit fee i failed to notice before booking as well as a $15 parking spot. The room was a bit small and bathroom was quite small as well. There was a few uneven spots on the floor . Either way i was satisfied with my stay and happy with the outcome…

Clean

Very good

The room is clean, but run down. Rust on walls and appliances. Trash all over the parking lot. Outside furniture is just a bunch of random type of chairs around. Staff were friendly. Parking costed 15 a day which I just think is crazy because you’re already paying enough to stay there as is.

The motel was ok will be going again next year

Room was disgusting. Mold all over the ceiling and bathroom. No mattress covers or bedbug covers on the beds. Sheets you could see through right on the mattress. Furniture broken, sticky and dirty. While property was dirty.

The location. The room was dirty, black mold on the shower curtain, tooth paste and the mirror, my granddaughter cut her foot on something on the floor because it wasnt cleaned .

Bad

This hotel was disgusting and smelled like pee!! When we returned from our event that night we pull up to people peeking in our room window. I immediately went to the office and told the manager. All he had to offer was to go talk to them!? Needless to say, I left and went back home. They refused to give me a refund and lied about the time I checked in and out!! DONT STAY HERE!!!

This was the most unhealthy dirtiest bug filled Motel I’ve ever seen. It should be shut down the fire chief should look into the fire extinguishers and the smoke alarms. in the health department should look into the mode we had to get another hotel. We couldn’t even stay two hours in this nasty place. We had a nine month old baby who developed rash on her face from just sitting on the bed.never never again….

Ugh little rooms for the price BUT THE CLEANLINESS LOL-the parking lot had stuff all through it/garbage/dirty towels/the mirror in our bathroom was so dirty I went and told the manager at front desk-and his reply was “Do you want glass cleaner!!??” Umm NO-you adding me to payroll!!?? It was so bad will never go back

The place wasn’t the cleanest when my daughter’s and I first arrived. There was trash all over the outside by each door. After a few days. It was all clean. I’ve never had a problem with the years before this year. There was clearly a difference.

Now outsdue.. there was trash laying around everywhere.

The place was dirty, everything was outdated and worn, and poorly maintained. People smoking illicit substances in the room and on the premises

They still have a $50 hold a month later

Absolutely filthy. Mold in rooms, trash everywhere outside. Swimming pool is literly the size of a hot tub

The place needs an overhaul

I want to share that location is great because you’re only one block away from the boardwalk. On the other hand, the room was in poor condition. The AC was full of dust and debris and the wall around it. The ceiling had several wet stains and the smell was bad. It appeared that the room had not been cleaned for a while. The cleaning ladies didn’t appear to be very motivated. I had to request broom, dust pan and toilet tissue. There’s no microwave to warm up food. The parking fee was not included so I had per that separate per day. The check in staff were very nice and friendly.
