Very friendly staff , probably its the time for renovation of like the bathrooms , the room is great maintained .

The beds were horrendous. It was like sleeping on a plushy concrete slab. The pillows were not all that great either. AC was good, and location was good. But I didnt like that it was near the church and the bells were loud. The pool at the rooftop was okay. It only goes to 3ft, which sucks. And the water was sort of warm, the floor was sandy. So they need to clean it more often. The pool “bar” was so dead. There was nothing good there. And they don’t take cards. They charge your room, which is silly. All in all, I would recommend as an affordable option. But I wouldn’t go back.

Parking suck, way to tight!!! No towel’s for pool , had a return location, but had to go all the way to the front desk to get towels, if they had any!!!!!

The hotel was generally clean, but when we arrived, the floors were dirty enough that I didn’t feel comfortable walking around barefoot. We booked three rooms for my family for three nights and spent a good amount of money on our stay. Unfortunately, two of the three rooms had a strange smell and did not feel clean. One of the rooms had a soaking wet floor due to what the hotel said was an “AC leak,” which caused a horrible smell throughout the room. We contacted the front desk, but they told us they were at full capacity and could not move us to another room. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they weren’t very accommodating. They said they would have someone come in with a vacuum to remove the water and that we would need to be out of the room for about an hour. Although they supposedly took care of the issue while we were gone, the room still smelled terrible when we returned. Another room had a strong smell of old water. The bedsheets also did not feel very clean and felt almost sticky when getting into bed. Both the rooms and bathrooms were very outdated. The indoor pool was extremely small—about the size of a hotel bathroom. The outdoor pool was larger, but unfortunately, it was not clean. There were bugs in the water, and the pool was very murky. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Room was great size, staff is always friendly. Great location for boardwalk, rides, and beach areas. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles, but expected.

I liked the location and the pools. Housekeeping did not come to our room within the 3 nights we stayed. We had to request toilet paper, towels, coffee/ cup replacements and a bath mat spice the tub was slippery.

The outdoor pool was very nice and the room how it wasn’t crammed was good . The indoor pool was not heated the employees if I asked for a certain amount like no more the 4-6 towels or like forgetting to bring up a blanket . Had to ask multiple times . I was hoping for more quality . Especially for how much it was . No complaints about the restaurant the shower faucet needs to get fixed .

The rooftop area was very nice and clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and spacious. Very good location. Only negative is the parking situation. Both lots are very small. We have a truck and it was difficult to park.

Also my daughter’s bed sheets had a small stain, looked like it may have been blood. Cleaning had to be asked for fresh towels and coffee on the second day.

Took a while to get towels @ 3pm to shower before going out for dinner. The water pressure was little weak, the knob in the shower kept falling off, there is only 2 handicapped parking spots. Has parking across the street, very narrow spots, which several.people couldn't park without taking 2 spots which was frustrating But overall it was good

Clean room staff helpfull

Price/value. Location The ac units drain onto the balcony, and the balcony is covered in mildew and slime where the drain is. The shower knob was broken. The elevator takes forever. Could do without the balcony view being a homeless encampment across the street at a church

I have been staying at the Monte Carlo for four years straight location. The hotel is very nice clean and I could tell that you guys have upgraded the room I will be returning next year thank you Monte Carlo for a great day Nothing

We really liked this hotel! It was in a good location. We were able to easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, and surrounding restaurants. 5-10 minute drive to all major attractions and restaurants as well. The staff were very friendly during the check-in process and the room was very clean! All of the amenities were great. We did use the stairs a good bit as the elevator was a bit slow. The parking was tight but could find a spot very easily every time we came back in the evening.

The rooms were not well cleaned and things were in rough shape.
