Everything was great!

Price was $60 more than what I booked for. Pool was full of sand and very small. There was a powerline dangling less than 6 feet above the pool (had to duck while walking around the pool). Property only has 12-16 parking spots for roughly 30-40 rooms. Parking spaces are also compact car size. Very disappointed. Will not be staying here ever again under the current management.

The building could use a new haul over. Location is great! Walking distance from the boardwalk and plenty of decent restaurants. If I hate to rate the building and rooms, I’d give a 1. Ratings for management and their accommodations they deserve a 10. Reasonably priced

Nothing really, just how close it was to the beach. Not clean, light didn't work, just yuck

MOLD WARNING! I will say the young man at the desk was kind and helpful. He was very polite! Lookout/top deck is FILTHY. Room looked clean with air conditioner and newer model TV but the WiFi is spotty and we were told “when everyone there is using it that you should use your own hot spot because it’s so slow”. The bathroom window was broken/taped together with painter’s tape and had tons of dirt, debris and screws left there. Shower unsafe if you have children and the temperature of the water fluctuates massively. There is no steady pressure and it goes from cold to extreme hot so caution when bathing your child especially. If you have allergies or sensitivity to mold or are traveling with small children or immuno-compromised individuals DO NOT stay here - there is a significant very strong stench of prominent mildew and mold in the room. Everything we took home from there still smell smells like mold after two days. Our daughter had to be seen at local hospital because she is allergic to mold and after one night there she woke up with her throat swollen almost shut. They do not offer refunds under any circumstance and we were forced to find another place to stay after our first night with nothing but a “sorry, there’s no refunds”. I paid $45 for three days of parking so we at least had close parking spot with a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk. It puts you out beside Mug & Mallet. Overall, would not stay again due to mold. Unfortunate, but that’s my honest assessment. 2/10

There was absolutely nothing but this hotel that I would recommend anyone. It was absolute worst place to stay. There’s absolutely nothing that I would recommend to a friend of mine to go stay at this hotel, the staff is very unfriendly. The room is that disgustingly, dirty, and old the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life.

Convenient to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was very kind in accommodating our need for a first floor room and also any requests we had during our stay.

Great location on 2nd st. One block from the boardwalk and close to the skatepark. Great affordability if booking in advance. Management was kind when we interacted.

This was the worst room I've stayed in. Not clean, falling apart everywhere. The shower was dirty and cracked. No one watches the property overnight. Our neighbors had a party and were loud well into the morning hours so we got no sleep. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

No good soaps shampoo and conditioner. Everything is broken!

Bedside lamp didn’t work. Toilet seat was the wrong size (long seat, round toilet). Some mold in the shower. AC unit was super loud but cooled the room well. Bathroom window would not crank closed at all (crank mechanism was broken). A lot of street/alley noise entered the room from the bathroom window and AC window. It’s a case of getting what you pay for. The room was as I expected for what I paid.

The pool was horrible! Not at all what was shown. The room was so small. The staff ignored us the entire time. Asked for a shower curtain. Never got one. No towels or anything. Just a horrible room and hotel to stay at.
