Tenseien Odawara Station Annex

It was very close to the station and convenient.

It takes long time to wait for lift, except internal special lift for hotel.

The hotel building is right next, and annexed with corridor, to the rail and bus stations, very convenient for traffic connection. Clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast on 14th floor with a stunning window view, and public bath. Friendly and helpful staff also made my stay pleasant. Wi-Fi connection in room is instable and sometimes weak.

Polyester pyjamas - uncomfortable. Please give us real green tea instead of powder. Better pillows - neck pain after sleeping on your pillows. Very hard to find checkin counter.

Location by the train station but without the train noise. Food was very good quality. There wasn’t instructions in English on how to turn on the air conditioning or how to flush the toilet.

the location as it is right next building to the train station. the price vs the facilities. Too pricey for what the hotel could offer.

Location, convenience, comfort, nice staff

Love the location and the breakfast.

Great breakfast. Good location near station and shopping. Single rooms seem to overlook the tracks, while the doubles have a nicer, quieter view. Odawara is a nice town on the Shinkansen route and a gateway to Izu, Kamakura, Hakone and more. Tokyo is a short ride away and it's nice, and a bit cheaper, to not stay in downtown Tokyo. The nearby train station is uncrowded and easy to use. You can use luggage delivery, with the help of front desk staff.

Convenient location, small and clean hot spring facilities, great buffet breakfast in a lovely dining room. Comfortable beds and room. The hotel itself is a little tricky to find, but the instructions I received were helpful.

The breakfast came with the cost of the room. It was excellent everyday. The menu was slightly different everyday. We didn't need our room cleaned everyday so towels & amenities were hung in a bag on our door knob (which also included a bottle of water per person) daily. Lots of personal elevators for guests only to utilize. They have the BEST shower we ever had in our 8 visits to Japan. Very spacious rooms. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel when we first got there but once you knew where it was, it was very convenient.

The room was actually or largest in Japan, but small by U.S. standards. Everything worked, including the uniquely Japanese toilet. The room got a little hot until we mastered the controls. Service was the best we've ever experienced in any country (12+) The was no way to open a window or a balcony.
