Location No bathroom in office to use upon arrival after a long drive Towels, blue, very outdated. Very unimpressive shower head.

I booked a stay for my 80+ year old parent's 41st anniversary with special requests for stairless entry, and easy access to a smoking area. The property was quick to respond and accommodate & even rearranged my booking dates on short notice when I asked if the trip could be pushed back a day due to rain in the forecast. My folks were very pleased with the room and said it was very clean & the bed was comfortable. The location is close to several great restaurants, scenic ocean views and shops. Big thanks to the owner Andy for his assistance in helping me gift my parents the perfect stay for their anniversary. Highly recommended 🙂

The property was well maintained. The staff was very friendly and saw to our needs. The room was updated and clean.

The location was great. The pools were very kid friendly with all the tubes that you could use. The room was spacious and the staff was kind and helpful. We could have benefitted from a toaster and the kids pull out bed was a little rickety. but otherwise it was great and comfortable for us all.

Nice accomodations in Ogunquit! Easy to check in and park. Typical roadside motel.

It was perfectly located and the rooms were large and clean. Staff was very friendly. They even have beach chairs and buggies if you need.

The location was super close to footbridge beach and walkable to the town center. They also had carts available to rent for the beach which made the walk even easier

The location was walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and bars! Walking distance to the beach! Indoor and outdoor pool! Plenty of parking! Trolley stops near by to get you around for $5 a trip! Very clean and friendly staff! The bed mattress and pillows need to be replaced! Bring your own pillow, sheets and blankets. If you are in the very first unit on the left near Hooks restaurant, expect extremely loud music until 11pm. If you have allergies, the rug and couch may cause issues.

I've stayed here a few days every summer for many years. I love the quiet low frills charm and cleanliness. I especially like being able to park the car and walk to the beaches, restaurants, and sights.
