And I don’t like much the breakfast. It could be little bit more variety.

The location was perfect to walk into the center of Ogunquit. The property inside and out is extremely clean. The beds were really comfortable too.

The river/beach access is the star of the show, with the big bonus of on-site kayak rentals. We were also thrilled to have a room with a kitchenette. Like most hotels these days, the room had a hard floor instead of carpet, which is fine, but like most hotels, the floor wasn’t super clean. This seems to be a trend across the industry so it is what it is. The one thing the room really could have used was a comfy chair, but then again, you aren’t in the room much so who cares. The only real strike against this place is that the hotels.com listing says there is a hot tub, but there is not. There is evidence that there once was a hot tub, but it has been filled with concrete, never to be a hot tub again.

Close to the footbridge beach, great outdoor pool, kind staff, continental breakfast each morning, and very clean. A bit pricey for the apartment for a group of two adults and two kids for three nights. Pools opened at 10am and closed at 8pm. Would be better if pools were open longer.

Room was clean and when prior guest spilled alcohol in freezer, they sent staff immediately to clean it for me. Check in was super accommodating with me arriving a little early. Pool area was nice and location was VERY convenient to everything.

Love it here!

Beautiful room, clean, river access was beautiful, walking distance to downtown The Bed was on some sort of metal base so everytime you got off and on it made a big clucking sound

I don’t know why this is a (2) star hotel it’s very clean and nice shower and pool was very clean as were grounds, I did not see a hot tub as described, I thought the walk to the footbridge if you didn’t want to kyack was a bit closer.

Comfortable room. Nice staff. Renovations seem to be done poorly.

Nice location. Right across from the Trolley stop. Beautiful area to overlook the Ogunquit river. Our room didn’t have a balcony to sit out and chill but most other rooms have them.

Room was clean. Could have used some hooks to hang things on and a couple of chairs in large entry area would be nice upgrade but overall very comfortable. Would stay again.
