What I did not like was the lack of elevators in the main building which is not designed for senior clientele.

The hotel is well kept and pools were nice but the hot tub was broken which we were not happy about. Hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants!

Was not thrilled with this place. The toilet was not that clean. Side doors were open and did not require key card use. So anyone could come into the hotel unnoticed. The pool water was not very clear. Ate at the restaurant and the eggs were so bland. The fact that they charged a fee for daily amenities was absurd. We didn’t use any of them. Also they had no choices of beer at the bar. When we asked for a beer we didn’t realize the one we were given was nonalcoholic. Obviously the bartender didn’t either. The only plus was how pleasant the front desk staff and the people working the restaurant were. Location was good too. Needless to say we will not be returning especially for the price.

The only complaint or suggestion was the lack of elevators. Even the lift from the parking garage to the reception was out of order. The staff were great especially the waiter in the dining room.

We checked in around 3 PM, and there were no other people in front of us nor behind us. I asked the check-in clerk for the elevator, and he replied that there was no elevator. I am 75 years old and just had a full knee replacement, and no help whatsoever was offered to carry the suitcases up to the second floor.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The location is pretty good if you like to walk. You need to cross the street to get on the sidewalk which sometimes was inconvenient. Overall very nice.
