Excellent as always! Love that it's a short 15 minute walk to the beach! Also, Beachfire being across the street is a big plus. 20 minute walk to town is also very doable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Will be back for sure!

Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Les lits sont confortables. L'hôtel est à 500m de la plage. La piscine est agréable, mais il n'y a pas de spa. Si votre objectif est surtout d'avoir un endroit bien situé et propre pour dormir, c'est un excellent choix. Le déjeuner est ok et le personnel est très sympathique.

Really nice room, shower/bathtub combo with grab bar, nice low-level lighting for over the toilet, but plenty of light at the sink, and lights over the bed you can actually read by! This was a nice hotel.

I stayed here many years ago and it was a very different feel - I was disappointed this time.

Location to downtown Ogunquit was too far too walk. The room definitely needs to be cleaned and updated in bathroom better. The chairs inside had mold on the wood that we had to wipe ourselves. Just poorly kept inside and outside rug by door had paint on the rug and torn up in the older part of the hotel. Would not go back!

the AC unit was really struggling to work and was extremely loud. The bathroom had a cat urine smell . Soaps were ridiculously small and not used. This property had beautiful grounds and its location was very good. Overall it was just ok. Likely to never stay there again. Room rates were not worth what they offered.

My only small complaint is that the walls are thin. Our neighbors kept us up! Otherwise it’s a great stay.

We had a great stay. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and wonderful. The breakfast was very good, and it was a nice bonus since many places do not offer it. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The person at the desk was not very pleasant. You would think they would be happy and treat me with respect, considering the cost of one night. The location was nice. The room was just okay.

This property is conveniently located within short distance to restaurants, bars, beach and stores. It has great amenities… pool, gym and guest laundry!

Very large clean rooms. Beautiful clean swimming pool with plenty of chaise lounges. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Landscaped nicely with lots of places to sit outside and relax. Great price on the rooms. Convenient location close to everything in Ogunquit and Wells.
