We have been staying In Ogunquit/Perkins Cove for over 20 years as we were married in the area. The Sea Rose has earned our highest rating of all the other resorts/locations we have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and well equipped! The outdoor pool was very relaxing and well kept. The location was perfect to access the Marginal Way as well as restaurants and other attractions. The staff at Sea Rose Suites were all exceptional but I need to single out Lilly at the reception desk! Lilly was extremely welcoming and helpful while always having a big smile and welcoming presence! She truly made our 7 day stay a phenomenal experience! We will be booking a return visit next summer for sure!

The property was great it is in a perfect location for restaurants and shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again this was our second time at the property and we really enjoy that the suites are large and have kitchens. The suite we were in in this second visit was wonderful we liked that it was a large end unit the only issue was the bed was very noisy every time you rolled over it woke you up with the noise during the night I think the mattress needs replacing and also the couch in this unit is extremely uncomfortable every time you sit down the cushions moves out from under you I prefer a couch with arms on each end would be much more comfortable.

Location was perfect, easy to get to Perkins cove and Ogunquit village and of course the beaches.

The room was spacious and clean especially for a reasonable price. Was stocked with most everything you need and nice as a family to have full fridge and kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. The pool was clean and we had a day of not so great weather so the indoor pool was a nice option. Will be back.

Very clean. Amazing space in the room. We stayed in one of the one bedroom suites. There were two queen beds and the bedroom was spacious enough to fit a pack and play. Pool was very nice - quiet and private compared to other places in Ogunquit. Location was very convenient - maybe about a 10 minute walk or less to both Perkins Cove and the town center.

the room was more than we could’ve asked for! the property is absolutely beautiful. honestly, i can’t think of anything. the rooms were fully stocked with plates, silverware, sheets, towels, etc. the staff was so friendly and accommodating.
