The Grand Hotel

A quaint little stay in Ogunquit. The room was spotless and more than enough for our short stay, with a large couch, kitchenette, balcony, and king bed. It is located closer to Perkins Cove than downtown, but still a short walk from either. Golf cart taxis are available upon request to take you anywhere you may need to go, as well as a Trolley stop right outside the Hotel. We loved our stay!

Pool, hot tub, morning coffee are great amenities. The rooms are large and comfortable, especially the suites. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely a great value!

My room was HUGE and very comfortable. Large Living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. I I loved having my own little balcony to have my coffee in the morning. Aiden, at the Front Desk was SO helpful, in every way. I had lost my phone and he made sure I knew when my new one arrived.

We stayed there for 3 nights and used the indoor pool on our rainy day. Everything was clean. A little bit south of town but it was walkable for our 5 year old.

The suite was more then we expected spacious,bed was comfortable and clean.great view of the room. NOT a fan of the TV programing could not connect to other source media

Proximity to restaurants The indoor pool was a sauna room. It would have been nice to have an outdoor pool to enjoy in the warmer weather.

The hotel is conveniently located on Shore Road, close to everything Ogunquit has to offer. The staff was helpful and our hotel room was comfortable and clean. We'll be back!

The property has a great location. That’s pretty much the good. The bad…No ability to control the A/C. It was 94° the first day we stayed. The A/C is incredibly inefficient. The humidity was out of control. Fortunately, a staff member (Aiden), went out of his way to bring us a fan, so we could draw cool air from the very cool hallways into the room. The furnishings are old, worn and outdated. And lastly, the parking is atrocious. Steep hills getting in and out of the underground garage, and awkward outside parking. The afternoon desk clerk was curt and unhelpful. On the bright side, they are on the trolley line, and they have a really nice front porch with rocking chairs. All in all, we would give the property a 3/5. Sadly, it’s a one and done for us.

Great experience here! Staff was SO helpful - the gentleman that checked us in gave us so much info about the area and hotel. Easy parking onsite. Room was great for 2 people to each have their own section and bed. Little patio was so nice to sit in. Coffee in the morning a big plus. Walking distance to town which we really enjoyed. We did not use pool or hot tub but they seemed okay if you were looking for that. Great place to stay in town!

Everything was perfect for us. It is conveniently located about 10 minutes by foot from everywhere we wanted to go… the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit. Our suite was large with a mini kitchenette between living room and bedroom. We didn’t plan to cook meals there (not big enough for that) but we could make coffee and have a quick breakfast. Great ice maker in the lobby. There’s also a beautiful pool that we didn’t use but it looked inviting. The staff members were friendly and so helpful. Nothing.
