Food was amazing! All of the staff were excellent! I feel that better outlets such as USB outlets would be great but otherwise everything was excellent!

The property is beautiful! Our room was amazing with great views of the blue domes. We ate at Eos our first night, the views, food and service were exceptional! The staff were all so helpful and hospitable during our stay. Definitely a 10/10! Nothing

Sometimes privacy could be lacking with how the rooms layer on top of each other, but that's to be expected with the caldera.

It’s almost perfect!

My husband and I could not have asked for a nicer honeymoon location on Santorini. From the first welcome drinks and desserts to a beautiful pergola rooftop dinner to incredible hot tub views -- we were incredibly spoiled by this fantastic hotel. The breakfast options were abundant and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and lovely too. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us but was well worth the experience. We'd gladly stay here again if given the opportunity. There are constant lines outside of the hotel that can be difficult to maneuver around. But it just makes you all the much more grateful for the private views you can enjoy from your room or other areas of the hotel without the crowds.

The room and hotel exceeded exceeded all of our expectations. The view was unbelievable. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Constant crowds outside the entrance to the hotel were difficult to get through at times.

Perfect location for touring around and taking pictures. The rooms are very clean and offered clean twice because toilet paper can’t flushed have to put in a bin with lid. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is buffeted with your own choice, served in room if asked, and the quality is a top notch. The shower water could be stronger if is possible

I like the location of the place. Right in the center of Oia. It is a place with great view. Most importantly, the staff are extremely friendly and kind. Although there are a lot of stairs from the parking lot to the hotel, we have help for luggage. Fabulous experience here. None. We loved every bit of it.

There will be a lot of stairs going up when you want to go out. This might be very difficult for elderly people. I hope they have elevators for the elderly cause i wanted to bring my parents here.

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Aspaki Hotel to celebrate my birthday — and I can confidently say it was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was simply stunning. The suite opened up to breathtaking panoramic views of the caldera and the iconic blue domes of Oia — waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. Every corner of the hotel was picture-perfect, offering an atmosphere of romance, serenity, and true luxury. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and thoughtful pampering made us feel incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond — especially in helping my husband organize one of the best birthday surprises I’ve ever had. From the little details to the grand gestures, everything was handled with such care and heart. The food at Aspaki deserves its own praise. It was delicious across the board, but I must highlight the fried tomato balls — so flavorful and unique that I ordered them two days in a row! They’re a must-try if you visit. Aspaki isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Perfect for a special occasion or a romantic escape. I left with beautiful memories, full of gratitude, and already dreaming of returning.
