Everything! Location, staff, breakfast Nothing

The 2 bed /2 bath "Kanava" cave suite was beyond our expectations! The entire property is so clean, you could practically eat of the floor, not one cobweb in sight, anywhere. The suite was located near the top of the steps so great even for my 75-year-old mom who doesn't move around the best. The breakfast was excellent and so lovely to have served on your private patio everyday. The staff was the sweetest surprise of the trip, they were so accommodating to any help or request from dinner reservations, to transportation, activity/tour ideas, or a simply bucket of ice. They truly treated us like Queens! Big shout-out Fotini, we already miss you. We were sad to leave for our next stop on Mykonos, even when staying at the "5 star" Saint John Hotel, it didn't compare to Filotera Suites. Overall, we could not be more pleased and cannot wait to go back again and again, just need a direct flight from LAX and would be back annually if I could. Loved everything with minor items... The hot tub is not really "hot", luke warm at best. Asked them to heat up multiple times which they accommodated and went from 30 to 36 degrees. The stairs to access the entire property run in front of your patio, so not the most private location. The Lindo suite was situated next to us and the most private if the property if that's a concern.

The breakfast they provide and deliver to your room is lovely. The staff are exceptional. But I stayed in places as nice or nicer for half the price. The jacuzzi was barely luke warm, which had been a selling point for me. And the room didn’t resemble the cave I pictured in my mind from photos online. It was bright & white. Same style as most of Greece. I was hoping for something with a more underground feel. Despite the fact that I would not stay here again or recommend it for the cost, the staff, views, breakfast & so forth, were definitely top notch. See above.

Location is great, breakfast was enjoyable. We ate dinner there one night which was superb! The staff is very attentive and responsive. Overall it exceeded our expectations. Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay there.
-
Location, close to everything but not in the middle. Comfortable and beautiful rooms with a private hot tub. The breakfast was phenomenal. Customer service from the owner to the rest of the staff was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

The stuff was great!

The location was amazing, right in the heart of downtown Oia. You can easily walk to everything important to see or do in Oia, including dining, shops, the blue-domed churches, etc. There were also nearby markets to buy food, snacks, and alcohol for cheaper too.
-
The property is in a perfect location in oia. It’s not in the hustle of the blue domes but less than a 5 min walk. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very filling. The pool was stunning and very relaxing.
-
Super location with amazing views. From the port transfer to the private patio breakfast, Filotera came through with Quality in all areas.
-
We loved the staff, location and the pool was great with amazing views of the caldera! Staff met us as we got there and directed us to our villa which was super helpful! We got a big TASTY breakfast every morning
-
The location and the staff were amazing, especially Ivan and Dooreem. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Oia and the view was beautiful. Our room was lovely and clean but the decor could have been upgraded.
-
The room was spacious and well decorated. Attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast served at your private patio with sea view. Heated tub was excellent. A lot of stairs

We loved every moment of our stay in this suite. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the service was top-notch, the view from our room was stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
-
Location was right in the center which facilitated very good views. Breakfast was top notch and delivered to your room. Easy check in. Can walk to restaurants other views, shopping etc. The bathroom sink did not drain as fast as we would like, but I am sure that is easily repairable.

We loved the rooms, it's cute and cozy. Complete with essential toiletries which by the way were RITUALS brand. We love our breakfast spread by the jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. The hotel is also near to everything. The staff were amazing, especially Elsa, the receptionist who welcomed us in the morning and enthusiastically gave us info about our stay in Oia.
