Great location !! Spacious rooms ! Great view and great outdoor jacuzzi. Nice breakfast ! The only thing was the facility was a bit humid. But the air conditioner worked really well ! The person who greeted us, “Timmy” was very friendly and nice. However, he made us wait for about 10 minutes. And other hotel staff came out and greeted other team with a cart that carried all luggages. (Since it’s hard to roll your luggage on the ground ). Timmy did help us carry 2 carryon’s but we had other 3 luggages that we had to carry. Even for the checking out process, I saw other staffs carrying the luggage out to the cab pickup but our staff just text messaged us and said bye.

We spent 4 nights in the White Dome Suite and the location was absolutely amazing. Heart of Oia with amazing views and private pool. Timmis and Aphrodite were amazing to us.

The staff was the best part. We left jewelry and purses out everyday and never worried or had an issue. We were two women traveling alone and never touched our luggage once to move it from the moment we got to Oia. Timmy and his helper met us at the airport and carried our bags (4x) to the hotel. The housekeeper was trustworthy and adorable, everything was spotless. They’re always watching the property so we would never worry about someone else going into the room or being near our things (we travel with a lot of jewelry). They made the whole trip easy and memorable. (Their airport shuttle is cheaper than a cab btw)

Excellent location right in the action of Oia. Bus stop is in walking distance too. Liked that there was daily cleaning service included and we were given fresh towels daily. Also, grateful for the large bottle of water provided one the first day. Air conditioning worked well. The host (Timmis) helped carry our luggage from the meeting spot to the room and also at checkout to the bus stop. He also responded quickly when the hot tub wasn’t working and fixed the issue within a day. The room is down a very steep and unsafe set of stairs. I’m surprised no one has fallen down them (or maybe they have). You felt like you were staying in a basement. One night some stray cats got into a fight outside and we woke up to blood and cat fur outside our door (not the hosts’ fault). The internet barely worked and when it did it was very slow. The first night the hot tub wasn’t getting hot, so we weren’t able to use it for one night. Although the host did fix it for the next day, but we only stayed two nights and were most excited for the hot tub. There were ants in the room around the refrigerator and in the bathroom (I think coming up from the drains). It’s impossible to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet because there is no door or closure. And the floor gets dangerously slippery when wet. We found long black hairs in our “clean” towels both days. The blinds don’t lay flat on the small half windows, so there is a lot of light in the room.

The host Timmis is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area very well like restaurant, tours and location to visit accordingly. You just named it and Timmis will make it happen and everything he manages make you comfortable and very convenient. Really happy to have a host like Timmis and hope to see visit again.

Great location in Oia! The host is very prompt to response to all my questions and help us also with our luggages. We love the jacuzzi. We definitely would like to come back again. Not so much. Not many restaurants available during winter but it's expected since it's off season.

Everything was incredible, from the arranged pick up and arrival to every aspect of communication. Timis could not have been more helpful. The property is exceptional. We chose it because the location had such a high rating, and the rating is completely deserved--10/10. It feels like you're staying in a postcard. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about our stay. I won't even bother looking anywhere else next time I visit Santorini. It was perfect.

The best part of the stay was the location. We rented scooters and its hard to find a place to park. This location offered great access to park and right in the middle of restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay.

The staff, the view, the location

The view is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing! The location is perfect!

We have the romantic unit.It was incredible private.incredible easy to get to,it had you need ,and from our hot tub we a wonderful view.The staff were extremely accommodating.Starting from Timmie and breakfast waitress who make sure we have plenty of coffee and also our room was very well kept. After been there for 3 days we realized the our accommodation were the best!!!

The view from my room was unreal. I've traveled all over the world and this was by far the most beautiful place I've seen. My room was absolutely gorgeous, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect. Timmy was so helpful and arranged all my transfers. He sent me a list of restaurants and boat experiences. My only complaint is I should have stayed one more day. This was a bucket list item for me. I was not disappointed.

Good view of the volcano. Not too far from Oia’s main public parking. Access to the ‘Romantic Room’ was steep and precarious for older guests. More blankets needed for March/early April temperatures, though a heater was also supplied.
