The view is amazing It would be great to have kitchen open more time if we wanna stay there for a day and avoid crowds

Loved the location of the hotel. The staff were so friendly and it truly felt like coming home. Amazing few days. Thank you, we made some great memories.

The 150+ stair steps to get to the property but that’s probably what you can expect in a lot of Caldera View hotels in Oia. Not recommended if you have bad knees and legs.

We were unable to stay. The host cancelled just hours before we were to check in. She stated that some inspection incomplete with the local magistrate . I had communicated several times and not until the night before, we were told they would be unable to host us. I considered this a huge issue and we had to scramble to get a reservation. Not a good place

The views of the caldera were breathtaking. The service was attentive and Jola was very helpful setting up transfers, tours, restaurant reservations. Breakfast was incredible and terrace views were second to none. The pool was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the best of Oia away from the busy city centre. The honeymoon suite was quite private. Getting through the crowds of bussed in tourists was overwhelming at times and made for slow going getting to and from the hotel in the middle of the day, the price you pay for staying at a place in such close proximity to coveted views and photo ops!

The location was awesome (despite many steps to get there, but well worth it), and had the most gorgeous view. There were tourists lining up to get a similar view that we had privately at the hotel, which was pretty cool. Staff were really helpful and the free breakfast had a lot of options. We really enjoyed our stay here and it’s a perfect base for exploring the island. While the pool and pool area were great, the bar didn’t seem open (or people just weren’t using it) and the music was repetitive (though this could easily be fixed with switching up the playlists more).

Absolutely everything! The location was incredible: The most perfect views of combined landscape and seascape, within short walking distance from the main streets of Oia, including restaurants, shops, and the bus station. The room was so beautiful - the cave-like structure was so cool, the views were amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We greatly appreciated the personalized service of Jola, Fima, and the other staff: Thank you so so much for making our stay extra special! Nothing!

Very calm place where you can relax and enjoy the view.

The experience we had here was 10/10. Special shout out to Jola , Fimis, and the rest of the staff who go out of their way to make sure everything is exceptional. They are the best. This property is so beautiful and chic facing the famous Caldera view. The sunsets can be seen from the entire property and you don’t have to leave the hotel to the join the crowds. The pool/ terrace on the top floor is so nice and clean and we barely left during the day. The food and the endless breakfast options they have is very tasty and well made. My favorite was the scrambled eggs, sausage pies and the beautiful fresh fruit. Rooms have nespresso pods and machines . We had to leave.

I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. Having breakfast quietly while facing the sea was so relaxing and chill. The hotel staff were also very friendly, and the service was exceptionally prompt.

Everything is just perfect. The location and the view are stunning. Room is cozy and has everything you need. The breakfast is delicious and fulfilling. And the best part of it all, is the hospitality team (Jolla, Fimin and Fatimah) - these are the people that make our vacation special - informative, care, helpful and very kind. The best kind of people and boutique hotel.

Everything about this property screamed Santorini! The views were spectacular. The hosts were absolutely delightful. We were met in the parking area where we were helped with our luggage since there are definitely a few stairs to navigate. Checkin was quick and straightforward and we were shown to our room. The breakfast served in the morning could’ve fed double and it was delicious! Nothing.

The breakfast was a treat! The staff were amazing and very helpful. The recommendations they made were spot on. It was a perfect vacation for us in every way.

Exceptional

Everything about this place was outstanding! It was absolutely perfect. Coming from someone who was in this industry for 20+ yrs it is hard to come by these gems. Jola is the best asset to this property. She is the kind of host that you can only dream of but never have found until now. The property is heaven on earth. I wouldn’t just stay here again, I would live here. Everything exceeded my expectations to say the least. Heated pool overlooking the most amazing views, most comfortable bed, clean facilities, great water pressure, coffee machine…i could go on and on. From the moment we were picked up with our luggage, we were overwhelmed by the friendly reception we received. Jola and her crew were not only kind, helpful and considerate, Jola was thoughtful on every element. She went over and beyond in her care for us including our Ceoliac dietary requirements Jola checked with us every day to see how we were feeling. She is the most professional, kind and thoughtful person we have ever been fortunate enough to meet and was instrumental in resolving issues with cancelled ferries and onward travel. Jola engaged with everyone in the hotel with compassion, class and understanding, The hotel had the highest of standards, the staff were respectful, happy and a pure joy to see every day. We truly loved every member of her wonderful charming team, and we will forever cherish our time with Jola and Fimi. We will miss them until we return next year, The Pearl of Caldera Hotel is just as the name says. A beautiful, spotless place , a shining gem in Santorini. To celebrate our 10 years anniversary and both our 40s, we wanted a special place, quiet, not too touristic (which is a challenge in Oia). Pearl of caldera is definitely the place you want to be at if you have those criteria. It’s not so easy to access (in a good way) so tourists cannot go down to have a look. The place is on the cliff so there is nobody below you then you have a stunning view on the caldera and also on the blue houses from the pool. Jola and the whole team is so kind and with really good advices. To conclude : so far the best hotel I’ve stayed in.
