Wonderful location, attached to the Okayama JR station. You just take an elevator up to the 5th floor and your at the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was adequate size for a solo traveler. Bed was beyond uncomfortable. It was very firm, which in common in Japan, but it also had lumps and extra hard spots. Was not a comfortable sleeping experience. The A/c also took quite awhile to cool off the room, and shut off when you leave the room, so you always came back to hot room.

Breakfast was good, enough to fill the empty stomach. Location is just few steps from Okayama station, so it is really convenient and helpful. Hotel staffs in the counter warmly welcome their guests with full of smiling faces. Overall, they fully assist their guest concerns. Interior of the room where I stayed gives additional comfort like home.

ROOM: great size, table and built in sofa were great with streaming TV. Clean. Bed and pillow were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Okayama. Breakfast was rather plain, buy plenty.

Very convenient location surrounded by shops and is pretty much connected to the train station and bus terminal.

Hotel is within Okayama Station, which is very convenient. Room is typically sized for Japanese hotel rooms. Having a smart TV in the room made it possible to avail of Netflix and other streaming services. Amenities were plentiful. Desk task were helpful.

A/C was loud (so I turned it off for the entire stay). The dust at window and headboard could be wiped more thoroughly.

It’s located just outside the Shinkansen/JR station, making it very convenient for people staying at a hub and traveling to adjacent cities. There’s also a shopping mall right downstairs with restaurants. The rooms are small like most Japanese hotels but very clean, and the staff at reception are extremely helpful. Nothing - everything's perfect!

Breakfast was very good and offered regional specialties. Location inside the station was super convenient. Room had a view of the train station so you can see all sorts of trains come and go. Entrance did not have English signage, had to resort to photo on hotel’s website to identify it.

Good location. Near train station. Suggest more guidance to be provided to first time customer on how to walk to the hotel entrance after getting off the train.
