So close to station! Great clean facility, comfortable bed.

The good point is it is near the train station, just across the street after the bus terminal. They seems to have a bunch of people doing paperwork in a room, but only 1 staff serving the counter. So when I arrived early and wanted to leave my luggage and return after 3pm to check in. No one was st the counter at all to help me. After many minutes the counter lady emerged from the lift. She was very helpful though. She is a very helpful and polite staff as I kept meeting her at the counter over the next few days if stay. Actually that was a comfortable stay

This is a quibble, the name of this hotel is shared with the name of the sister hotel, except this one has "West" in it. I am sure I'm not the only person who has experienced confusing one building with the other and they are not exactly located close to one another. Disappointed there is no shuttle between the 2 terribly named buildings.

Room with double bed is small. Only table space is a desk that has a microwave oven on it. There is not a lot of space between the bed and the desk. It would seem uncomfortably small for two people. It was fine for me for one night. No coffee in rooms even though the hotel photos on Booking.com shows photos of it.

Very close to station, restaurants and shops. They would only give us one room key which does not make any sense. No smoking area.

Great location- 5 minutes walk to Okayama station. Easy check-in- the staff are very efficient. Small room, but well laid out. Big plus was being able to drop my luggage off when I arrived, so I could fit some sightseeing in before check-in. Fridge, Microwave, kettle and cups but no coffee, tea or eating utensils.
