The photos and reviews are misleading. This is a very, very basic accommodation. Paper thin walls, noise from outside clearly heard - just overall low standard. If you can afford anything better - do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

Spacious room. A small kitchen that you can cook. Location close to the train station. Check-in process is easy. However, cannot leave luggages before check-in time and after check-out.

The hotel is more spacious than most hotels in japan with a sitting area and small pantry. The WC and shower were also quite spacious. Check-in and check-out was simple as well. Generally a great place to stay in Okayama.

Excelent location close to the station. Could eat and shop easily around. No daily replacement of towels, if needed.

The location was good and plenty of space. The check in was also easy for unmanned place. There were a couple areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly (splashes on walls)

Modern, clean rooms. Very comfortable. I liked the check-in and out on the tablet.

The room was large room and the small kitchenette was handy. The location was outstanding. Only a couple hundred metres train station and fantastic food options just metres from the door. Our room didn't get tendered to during our 5 night stay. No emptying of bins, resupply of bath products, no fresh bleeding which was all disappointing. If they are not going to include these services then the price should be cheaper.

Clean and spacious room. Good location but it was a bit difficult finding the hotel as we did not have WiFi. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very easy to check in and out. Check out the location before you head off :)
