The staff were incredibly kind, extremely professional and polite. Also, the place is very clean, and the onsen was wonderful. It was hard because there is no fresh air. No windows to open so I had a headache.

Convenient

Staff was very service orientated and accommodating. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Location was super convenient being just a short walk from Okayama station. The shared baths were nice and large and had many options from hot baths inside and outside, cold baths, dry sauna, etc. very spacious. Also a great concept that they have capsule rooms for single travelers. They were may more spacious than I expected. 1F elevator lobby was very dirty and neglected. More care to basic maintenance is needed. The furniture, finishes and decor were really cheap. At quick glance it looks nice because it is pretty new. However it’s all cheap stuff. Room was very spacious but there wasn’t a comfortable chair to sit on to watch TV. Also no desk in the room if you have to do a little work.

The public baths & sauna were great. Staff were friendly and offered a welcome drink each day.

Via booking app around ¥5000/night on cabin on weekdays. Later I found booking through their official site can be cheaper. The entrance is thru the lift from the side of the shopping street. So it may be confusing at first if attend from outside Main Street. But if you walk into the shaded shopping street it is easy to spot the entrance lift. (Also instructions in Japanese only can also misunderstood) It is a nice concept to have cabin type, unlike capsule, it has much larger space, almost feel like a small single room, separated by a dragable curtain door that is magnetic to the end, still provide a complete privacy even though it has no lock. Both Japanese and English instruction are offered so it is clear. It is good to study so I understand what the hotel provides and prohibits. There are more than 90 cabins on the floor, but they are incredibly quiet, I really respect and appreciate fellow Japanese guest who really follow courtesy. In room there are big and small tower provided, a set of pajama, a slipper, a locker, 4 hangers, a TV I never turn on, and a vent for AC that is centralized. These are really thoughtful things that I like. In Hotel 7F, there is a free gym, a public bath that never use due to tattoo (no tattoo please!), a laundry room together with microwave in it. Drinking water station, a restaurant space for paid breakfasts, also can be used in the evening if bought food from outside. A working space and smoking room. Hitting all my needs and I appreciate them. At 6F reception, there is a self playing piano, and a bar top that offers coffee and tea in the morning, and also an evening time welcome drink from a huge selection of beverage choices. Don’t mind me for getting there every evening when I return from outside. At reception also they offer tooth brush, comb, ear plugs, razors, a nose breathing thingy that helps snoring people from snoring (that explains why it is quiet at night) and little things. see above

The location is great! I liked that the onsen was open majority of the day, with no set times for women/men. They offer a lot of facilities, there are welcome drinks, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I was in the cabin but it was quiet and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. Although the lobby had a nice and pleasant scent, it was a tad overwhelming for me. The WiFi was sometimes a little unstable, but for the majority of the time it worked fine.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful! They took care of me It was a bit loud sleeping in the common room and in the normal room the bathroom is a bit small

Very comfortable and clean facilities, and the staff were always very helpful and accommodating. Capsule rooms and shared bathrooms were also very comfortable, great experience!
-
My cabin was close to exit and restroom so many customers passed and used, so a bit noisy. Except that, good value for money.

The onsen and location were our favorite parts about staying here. Very very close to the train station and having an onsen is always nice. Great amenities too like laundry room. The service is wonderful. It felt like mostly business men use this hotel.
-
Free amenities and within five minutes walk from the station!! Locker was a bit difficult, but could have been a user issue though I followed the instructions as posted and locked my items inside.

The hotel is just 300m from the east exit of Okayama Station. The reception is at the 6th floor of the building and can be accessed by elevator. In the lobby are a money exchange machine, bar (where you can also eat if you brought some food from outside), reception, free amenities shelf (razor, hairbrush, small packets of shampoo/soap/facial wash, etc), luggage storage. Cabins for male and female are separate. The cabin section can be accessed by keycard. The Women Only Cabin has 25 cabins with 4 toilets, 4 shower rooms, 4 sinks, 2 dressing tables, and a shelf of manga. In the cabin are a safe box, coat hooks with 3 hangers, box of tissues, small mirror, trash bin, slippers. There are two power sockets and the cabin light can be dimmed. Bath towel, face towel, and pajamas are provided. There is enough space to open a medium luggage inside the cabin. The bed also had space underneath to keep your luggage. Guests get one free drink daily (apple/orange juice, sake, shochu, cocktails). In the morning, there is free green tea, apple/orange juice, iced/cold coffee. The staff are very welcoming and always greet arriving/leaving guests. We arrived before check in and were allowed to leave our luggage. There is a restaurant and gym on the 7th floor though I was not able to check it out. If you have food brought from outside, you can eat it at the sitting area between the bar and reception. Would have been better if they had a separate common area for eating.

Great location in Okayama. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious (really liked their curry and pork katsu). The staff were so friendly and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The room was definitely small (smallest of any hotel we had on this trip to Japan).
